Mai's recent appearance on "The Jennifer Hudson" show, comes after her estranged husband accused her of “interfering” with his ability to have a relationship with their daughter, Monaco.

In the legal filing obtained by The Blast,  Jeezy claimed that Mai was acting as a "gatekeeper" between him and Monaco, but noted that he "does not believe that (she) is acting maliciously or with specific intent to harm (his) relationship with the child.”

The court document alleged that Mai’s unintentional “interference” with Jeezy and Monaco's relationship is “causing confusion and tension” between the ex-couple and is also straining the development of Jeezy’s relationship with his daughter.

It continued, "As such, it is necessary at this point to separate, structure and clearly define the parties’ temporary legal and physical custody rights and set a parenting time schedule consistent with the best interests of the Child."

Following Jeezy's legal filing, Mai quickly fired back, noting that the rapper was unfaithful. According to her filing, obtained by The Blast, the pair signed a prenuptial agreement, which mandates that a penalty must be paid by the party who was unfaithful during the course of the marriage.

The reality TV star's rep stated that said payment must be made by the unfaithful partner if the court decides to enforce their prenup.

Mai's lawyer wrote: "Wife further shows that the Court should enforce Paragraph 8 of the Prenuptial Agreement regarding infidelity, which provides, in pertinent part, that in the event that either party engages in sexual relations, an emotional relationship, or is emotionally or sexually suggestive in communication with a third party via all forms of electronic communication"

According to the statement, the forms of communication could be "texting, sexting, Facetiming, social media and/or Direct Messages." If Mai or Jeezy is found guilty of any of these sexually suggestive actions, said actions would result in a "significant financial penalty upon the adulterous party as specified in said Prenuptial Agreement."
