Kyle Richards & Mauricio Umansky Back Together? New Family Photo Revealed!

All seems well in Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky's world again following a new family photo to usher in the festive season, or maybe it's just beginning to look like Christmas!

The couple who announced their separation this year has been accused of chasing clout with their situation as they have both stated that divorce is not an option and reconciliation is not on the table either! 

Richards and Umansky were spotted side by side in an adorable family picture shared by their daughter, Alexia, on Instagram. The family of five were out shopping for the holidays and looked extra cozy in their outfits as they got together for a quick one with a giant Christmas tree, wearing their brightest smile.

Richards looked chic in jeans and a brown jacket combo paired with boots and a black handbag, posing alongside Umansky, who kept it in daddy mode with a black-on-black ensemble and white sneakers.

The current status of Richards and Umansky's relationship remains unknown as the couple had earlier reaffirmed their intention to stay separated and were even spotted attending separate therapy sessions.

Sources close to the couple confirmed that the reality stars are not working on the problems that led to their separation, adding that they wanted space to explore things with other people.

"Look, they may get back together, but they may not. They just don't know right now. They will decide at some point whether they stay married, but not now," stated the insider. The speculation rumors did not come unprovoked; in fact, Mauricio himself might have suggested it when he said:

"You're gonna see our relationship kind of leading into the difficult parts of the relationship; there's no question about all that. But it's gonna be a really fun, entertaining season for people who like to watch drama — there's gonna be a lot of drama, that's for sure."

He quickly added that while they were officially separated, they were not quitting on each other. In his words:

"We've been married for 27 years, 26 amazing years. Kyle is my best friend; she's an amazing human. I love her… And marriages go through difficult times, sometimes, and that's what we're dealing with right now."

While the ambiguous status of their relationship remains, the real battle would be in court as millions of dollars are at stake should they decide to divorce.

The Blast also shared that the estranged couple has no prenuptial agreement, which means they have to split their assets which are estimated to be about $200M in cash and loads of properties.

Despite announcing their separation in July and Umansky's alleged growing connection with his dance partner, rumors flew around that it was all a lie to boost her ratings and remain the topic. However, the 53-year-old set the record straight in a sit down with Alex Baskin, as shared by The Blast last month, and stated that the speculations hold no water.

"What human being would create a story like this for? No offense, Alex. I love you and everybody with the show. But who would do that for ratings? Put their family through this," said the reality star. Richards added that she would never pretend to be separated and torture her children just to entertain people who watch her show.

She continued that the claims are annoying and frustrating, and while she is committed to staying relevant in her career and to her friends and family, she will never toy with divorce. The TV legend also addressed reports that she married Umansky for his money and said:

"I also hear a lot of things online that, you know, 'Oh, well, Kyle and Mauricio, they have an open marriage. The things that they say, that Kyle is only with him for the money. He had no money when I married him, you id—ts."

Richards admitted to pulling the plug on their 27-year-old union and continued that she and the real estate mogul both own their wealth as he was not rich before they became a couple.
