The cause of the crash is under investigation.

A closer photo shows the tire guard pulled off and the tire knocked off of the axle.
The right side of the car didn't have nearly as much damage, indicating that the driver of the Ferarri smashed into the car, perhaps after drifting.
The hubcap of the right rear tire of the Kia was knocked off and was sitting on the sidewalk.
Due to the damage, the driver of the Ferrari was more than likely traveling at a high speed.
Michael B. Jordan To Reprise Role In 'Creed IV'
Michael B. Jordan is currently getting ready to reprise his role as Adonis Creed in "Creed IV."
"Creed III" producer Irwin Winkler said that a "Creed IV" is in the works and franchise star Michael B. Jordan will return. “We are planning to do 'Creed IV' right now,” Winkler said at a recent event. “We have a really good story [and] a really good plot. We got a little delayed because of the strikes, but about a year from now we’re going into pre-production.”
Jordan directed the third "Creed" film and is set to direct the next film as well.
“Michael and the creative team had the beautiful vision from the start to create a wholly new and different experience for this movie,” Winker added. “It had to be firmly cemented in what we all [know] the Creed and Rocky movies for … it had to have great action, boxing, but we also really examined what kind of movie we were making."
"And a lot of that, those early days with Michael were spent crafting how we were looking at the Damian character, which is why I think everyone responded to the depth, not only on the page, but also on the screen. You spend half the movie having deep sympathy for him and understanding his vulnerability.”
In the franchise, Jordan is in incredible shape as he portrays a boxer, but he is also a huge fitness guru off camera.
“At one point I was doing probably 300 push-ups and 200 sit-ups throughout the day,” Jordan said, per our previous report. “So at the end of the day, I gotta at least hit my number, and that kind of keeps you tight.”
