Mills accuses Sassoon of failing to ensure that her dog, an Australian Shepherd named Winston, was on a leash, claiming that the dog has been known to have "violent and vicious tendencies having previously attacked people in the past."

In her lawsuit's first cause of action, Mills is suing Sassoon for negligence, noting that the reality TV star "had the duty of care to control [her] dog's behavior and keep Winston on a leash to ensure that he would not attack or bite anyone."

Mills claims that she and her dog, Gus, both sustained "injuries and damages" due to Sassoon's alleged negligence of her dog, Winston.

Mills alleges that she "sustained severe and permanent injuries to her body and shock and injury to her person," which has left her with "great mental and physical pain and suffering."

Her dog, Gus, was also hospitalized and received treatment at a veterinary clinic due to injuries sustained.

Mills claims that the injuries from the attack have caused her to have "some permanent disability" and "permanent scarring and disfigurement" to her "detriment and damage."

The Australian Shepherd has "bitten and attacked other people in the past," she points out in the lawsuit. Yet, Sassoon allegedly allowed Winston to be out in "public knowing that [he] would seek to attack and bite anyone in his view."

Mills accuses Sassoon of acting "wantonly, recklessly and negligently" and that the reality TV star had a "willful and conscious disregard of the safety of others."
