Fitness Trainer Lindsey Gordon In Blue Bikini Is Feeling 'Thankful'

Fitness trainer Lindsey Gordon has a lot to be thankful for this year!

The social media sensation was involved in a rather serious car accident a few months ago, which left her unable to exercise for over eight weeks. Being a fitness coach who loves to help others, Lindsey took the loss especially hard.

Fortunately, Lindsey was able to resume working out recently and has been candid with her thousands of Instagram followers about how the incident hurt not only hurt physical health but her mental health as well.

On Thanksgiving, the fitness model took another opportunity to share how grateful she was for her recovery along with a few snaps that featured her posing in a blue bikini.

Last week, the social media sensation celebrated the Thanksgiving holiday with a few shots of her posing in a blue bikini. Her long blonde hair was pulled back out of her face as she posed for the shot, showing off her glowing California tan. Beneath the photos, she wrote out a lengthy caption explaining why she had extra reasons to be grateful this year.

“THANKFUL,” she wrote in the caption. “Happy thanksgiving everyone. I can’t express enough how thankful I am for this life that God has given me. Although this year has been extremely difficult, I’m very thankful for the lessons I have learned. I’ve been challenged in ways I didn’t know I would be, but have overcome them with such strength & grace.”

“God has been by my side the entire time trying to teach me how to become a better person, woman, trainer, & friend. All I needed to do was look at the situation with open eyes to see what it was that He was trying to teach me. I am thankful for the struggle," she continued. "I am thankful for God answering my prayers when I asked for guidance & direction. It didn’t come the way I thought it would, but that’s usually exactly how it happens."

“I am SO thankful for my job. I get to make such an impact on others' lives in the most unique way. I get to enhance the physical beauty of the women I train all while improving their mentality,” she explained. “With each session, their confidence in themselves grows stronger and that is something that will forever touch my heart.”

"I’m so grateful God has put me in a position to empower women in this way. I am truly honored. There are so many blessings in my life and it has been really powerful to take most of today to reflect on what they are. When life gets tough it can be hard to remember how many good things we have in our lives. Even if it’s only 1 thing to be grateful for, it’s still better than nothing at all," she concluded, adding, "Count your blessings today & eat until you can’t eat no more."
