After 11 months of navigating the challenging terrain of grief following the tragic passing of her husband, the TV personality has taken a significant step forward. The mother-of-three bid farewell to the Encino home, a space once filled with cherished memories and dance videos with Boss.

The poignant transition came after she listed the 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom property for $3,795,000, seeking not just a change of address but a fresh start. Now, real estate records reportedly revealed that, just a month later, she successfully sold the home for $3,525,000.

But the story did not end there as the 35-year-old embraced the concept of new beginnings by acquiring a larger 5,800-square-foot home. This newly constructed residence, boasting six bathrooms, a movie theatre, designer lighting, and glass doors, signified a fresh chapter for the star and her three children — Weslie, Maddox, and Zaia, per TMZ.

The Emmy-nominated dancer's closure on that part of her life came less than two months after news broke that she had listed their Encino estate for $3,795,000. The stunning property, built in 2018, encompassed 4,600 square feet, featuring a pool, six bedrooms, three fireplaces, and a hot tub.

Purchased in 2019 for $2.75 million, the decision to sell the home came amidst the shocking revelation of Boss's death by suicide in 2022. Known for his work on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show, his passing left a void that deeply impacted Hokler, who later revealed she did not know the struggles he was facing.

We feel your presence daily and will forever be grateful for the beautiful times we shared. We feel your arms wrapping around us and holding us up today. Happy birthday my love @sir_twitch_alot."

Her initial reluctance to dance, considering it a significant step, evolved into a moment of joy, resilience, and gratitude. The videos, featuring the choreographer dancing with her daughter Weslie and friend Brittany Russell, reflected her strength and positive outlook.

Before, the "High School Musical" guest star had confided to People magazine about coping with the loss. Highlighting the significant step dancing would represent in her healing process, she stated, "I know that's gonna be a big step for me, but I'll get there."

After first grooving with the 15-year-old to the remix of Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On," she uploaded another clip on TikTok and Instagram three days later, dancing with Russell to Missy Elliott's "Bomb Intro / Pass That Dutch."

Inspired by her resilience, fans showered her with support, like this cybernaut who wrote, "What a hopeful post. Vulnerable as h--- …and taking a risk to do it anyway. I hope you feel the universe lifting you up."

A second noted, "So happy to see you back out there living life," while another gushed, "You are loved. So happy to see you smiling and dancing again!" At the same time, a fourth expressed their happiness at her return; "Celebrating this part of you coming back to life."
