Vote For Your Favorite Positive Content Creator In The 2024 Cheer Choice Awards
The 2024 Cheer Choice Awards takes place in Las Vegas from April 12-14, 2024, but voting has already begun. The preliminary round of voting ends on Nov. 29, with round 1 of the voting taking place from Dec. 5-10.
There are currently hundreds of content creators to vote for in the preliminary round, but as each round of voting completes, the number will dwindle.
Categories for awards include arts, dance, education, family & lifestyle, entertainment, health & wellness, environment and nature, fitness, inclusion, music, sports, public safety, and overall excellence.
Each category includes a variety of awards such as Positive Parenting Award, Cheer of the Year Award, Motivational/Inspiration Creator of the Year, Hype Award, and many others.
The preliminary voting round includes tons of popular social media creators including Jimmy Darts, Isaac Rochell, Keith Lee, Basement Gang, Mama Tot, Grandma Droniak, Elyse Myers, Mario Calderon, Pinky Patel, Howie the Crab, and many others.
Let's take a look at a few of the nominees...
Grandma Droniak
While many think TikTok is only for the younger generation, Grandma Droniak proves that's not true over and over with her viral content and hilarious outlook on death.
With more than 12.3 million followers and nearly every video going viral immediately with millions of views, it's safe to say Grandma Droniak is pulling in fans of all ages.
Many of her videos make light of death and dying and give people a different perspective to focus on.
"These are my rules at my funeral," she started one of her videos that's pinned to the top of her page on TikTok. "Listen up! You could cry but don't cry too much. Don't make a fool of yourself. Bertha is not invited! Don't let her in! And you better get drunk afterwards. Take a shot for me!"
The video received more than 44.3 million views and has nearly 60,000 comments.
"Grandma doesn’t like you, Bertha. that means we ALL don’t like you Bertha," one person wrote. Another added, "Me at the door asking for ids to make sure that Bertha doesn’t get in."
Howie The Crab
Howie the Crab had an entire TikTok community watching and waiting for her to molt for weeks. Howie's mom kept everyone up-to-date on the crab's molting process and gained tons of new fans while bringing people together to cheer the little crab on.
Howie's mom changed many people's minds on having a crab as a pet through all her entertaining and educational videos. In one compilation video pinned to the top of her TikTok page, fans can see how she taught Howie to use sign language to communicate.
"My husband wondering why I went from loving crab to not being able to eat it anymore… then I show him a crab wearing a hat and say this is why," one person wrote in the comments.
Another added, "Until Howie, I didn’t realize how smart crabs can be.. and now I’m sad I haven’t respected them enough."
Keith Lee
Keith Lee is well known for his food reviews on TikTok. He's gained tons of popularity and followers for his honest reviews that have been helping to save restaurants all over the country.
Lee started out reviewing food establishments in his hometown of Las Vegas, but recently took his show on the road to review some restaurants in other cities. Every single one of his TikTok videos go viral quickly with millions and millions of views.
A review of a local Vegas pizzeria that Lee shared earlier this year has nearly 50 million views and more than 73,000 comments.
"You literally change lives with one video… amazing," one viewer wrote in the comment section.
"I saw Frank's video he said He made more money from that review than the whole time he's been in business well done reviewer for helping Frank," said another.

Known for her inspirational, down-to-earth videos and being a great motivator for anyone who needs a little push, Mama Tot has more than 12 million followers on TikTok.
