Popular TikToker Mama Tot Won A Cheer Choice Award For 'Cheer Of The Year'

Ophelia Nichols, known online as Mama Tot, has caught the attention of many people on social media with her kind acts, motivating words, and relatable life. Because of that, she now receives a Cheer Choice Award!

Mama Tot, who'sa big motivator on social media, has more than 11 million followers on TikTok and 504,000 on Instagram. She's known for her positive, uplifting content and acceptance of all. She shares relatable information about her life, which opens the door for others to do the same. Her "tater tots" community is strong, loyal, and appreciative of all she shares online.

Nichols recently traveled to Las Vegas with her husband, who she calls Papa Tot, for the Cheer Choice Awards at the Palms Hotel this past weekend. Nichols was nominated for 2023 Cheer of the Year and Motivational/Inspirational with Over 500k followers. A comment on her Instagram post shared that she won an award for Cheer of the Year "for being a positive and influential figure on social media."

Mama Tot shared the news of her big win on Instagram and Facebook. "I won!!!!!!! I won!! Thank you to everyone! I mean that, ♥️♥️♥️" she captioned the photo. Many of her loyal followers left congratulatory comments and well wishes on her significant achievement.

"Ophelia, you have earned it. You're beautiful heart and spirit inspire so many. You give people so much hope in their darkest days. You are genuine and authentic…you know how rare that is? You've earned this. Thank you for being you,❤️❤️," one follower wrote.

Another added, "Yes! You deserve it! Thank you, mama, for always loving us all like your own. CONGRATULATIONS!"

Nichols shared a lot of her Vegas trip with her social media followers. Her first video, probably relatable to many couples, was about road trips with Papa Tot.

"I love my husband to death. Lord knows I don't know what I do without him. Alright? I love when he goes on trips with me," she began her hilarious rant. "I just hate the destination to get there and the destination to return. I can't stand it."

Her road trip rant started early in the process, as she, while sitting in her car, explained that they didn't even make it to the airport yet. Despite her travel anxiety, she continued explaining that he had to stop at multiple stores.

"I just really need him to get in this truck and get me to the airport so my anxiety will dissolve," she continued. "Not elevate."

Her next video explains that they made it to their destination, and all is well. "And I didn't, I mean, I might have cussed Papa Tot out a few times, but that was it," she said.

In a later video, Nichols shares some tea spilled nearby that she found funny.

"I've got to tell y'all the conversation that I heard today," she began her video, pouring herself a Fireball and Coke.

"I'm over there on the gambling machine, and here comes a herd of; it was a bachelorette, and I'm guessing it was all of her bridesmaids, right? And they were walking, you know, up, getting closer to me. They weren't walking fast, which was good because I got to hear everything they were talking about."

She overheard the conversation about how the bride and groom went to their bachelorette and bachelor parties the night before.

"I don't know what happened with the groom, but he's in deep trouble," she continued. "Because one of the bridesmaids said, 'Trixie, we all told you not even to marry that slug. The only reason we're here is for the free Vegas trip.'"

She then explained that whatever the groom did was stopping the wedding. She concluded her video by saying she wanted to know what he did.

One of Mama Tot's followers commented, "This is hilarious because my daughter was at a Bachelorette party last night here in Vegas that ended up a dramafest!"
