Travis Kelce has much to be thankful for this holiday, but being away from Taylor Swift is probably not on the list!

The Kansas City Chiefs player and the "Shake It Off" singer have been turning heads with their blossoming romance for months. Alas, the lovebirds could not be together for their first Thanksgiving celebration as a couple with the "Bad Blood" songstress performance in Brazil.

Travis Kelce Seen Riding Solo For Thanksgiving Amid Taylor Swift's Eras Tour

While the Academy of Country Music Award recipient spent the national holiday with her loved ones, her beau, on the other hand, was alone in Kansas City. Instead of dwelling on his girlfriend's absence, the American football tight end was spotted driving around his neighborhood in a luxurious Rolls-Royce.

As stated, Swift and Kelce were apart for Thanksgiving, with the "Blank Space" hitmaker performing in Brazil for the international leg of her Eras tour. Meanwhile, the 8-time Pro Bowl honoree had a match scheduled on Sunday and settled for commemorating the holiday with a solo karaoke session.

Kelce was spotted behind the wheel of his Rolls-Royce on Thanksgiving day, rocking a plaid shirt and seemingly singing along to the music blasting out his stereo. Eyewitnesses claimed the media personality was driving near the location of his new mansion, the property he reportedly purchased for quality time with Swift.

In the video shared by TMZ, the founder of the Eighty-Seven & Running foundation seemed fine without his lover and may have been jamming to her music in the car. It is uncertain what sparked the Ohio native's drive, but it could be a part of his previously disclosed plans for Thanksgiving.

Days earlier, the NFL star and his older brother Jason Kelce discussed their holiday plans on their podcast, "New Heights." The episode came after the Philadelphia Eagles' victory against the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night, with Jason noting all the NFL games to watch amid the festivities.

The older Kelce sibling also planned to enjoy the festivities in Pennsylvania with his wife, Kylie, and their three daughters. On the other hand, his younger brother admitted he would be home alone. In Travis's words:

"Good luck to them. I’ll be feasting on KFC because I won’t have anybody here."

Shocked, Jason asked about his brother's chef, Kumar Ferguson, wondering: "You don't have anybody in there cooking turkey? What's Kumar doing?" To which Travis responded: "I don't know. He might be going back to hang out with his family."

Not wanting his brother to be alone, Jason invited him to join his family for dinner, saying: "If you want to make a quick trip, you're welcome at the house, man. We'll have plenty of food." However, Travis may have wished to spend Thanksgiving with his girlfriend rather than anyone else.

Although the "Catching Kelce" star did not get to spend the holiday with the Billboard Women in Music honoree, there might be hope for the next festive period. Sources claimed the couple were craving some free time in their tight schedules to spend Christmas together.

The insiders noted the pair's eagerness to spend the holiday together, stating they have been discussing their holiday plans with those close to them. These reports contradicted previous information about Swift's holiday plans, excluding her new boyfriend.

Amid the "Shake It Off" songstress's uncertain Christmas plans with Kelce, Brazilian authorities are investigating the death of a female concertgoer. Ana Clara Benevides Machado passed away on November 17 from cardiac arrest during Swift's performance in Rio.

The deceased reportedly died due to high temperatures with Time4Fun, the entertainment company responsible for organizing Eras Tour shows in Brazil, confirming Machado's demise in a poignant statement. Their message, issued in Portuguese, read:

"Regarding the events in Rio de Janeiro, we apologize to the fans who did not have the best possible experience. We are absolutely devastated by the loss … despite the prompt care and all the efforts carried out by the medical teams at the event and, later, at the hospital."

"The comfort, safety, and well-being of our consumers and employees are always our priorities," Time4Fun claimed. Nonetheless, a spokesperson for the Civil Police Department noted they were investigating the matter.

According to the source, the consumer delegations department investigated potential charges related to "endangering the life and health" of concertgoers. The representative declared: "Event organizers will be called to testify, and other steps are underway to investigate the facts."
