'Golden State Warriors'owner Peter Guber is asking a judge for protection from a homeless man who he claims won't stop showing up at his home, and has threatened to kill him.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Guber claims the 23-year-old man --whom we are choosing not to name -- continues to park his car on a private road leading to Guber's home and attempts to make entry.

"He goes up to our gate door and tries to open the door He picks up and looks at our packages that have been delivered to our address," the document states.

In the filing, Guber says "We do not know this person, and have never had any type of dealings with this person." Adding, "He continually trespasses on our private road and property."
