Nick Hogan, son of famous WWE star Hulk Hogan, was arrested over the weekend on a DUI charge after he refused to partake in a sobriety test.

The son of the WWE star, whose real name is Nicholas Anthony Bollea, reportedly got arrested early Saturday in Clearwater, Florida. Police booked him on suspicion of driving under the influence. He allegedly refused to submit to sobriety testing.

Although not many details have been released, Hogan's son was arrested on a misdemeanor, in which he had to take a mugshot. He has not yet been released from custody.

The exact circumstances that led up to the arrest are unclear for now, but they're logging this as a misdemeanor -- and they had Nick pose for this mug shot while he was being processed. As of this writing, he hasn't been released from custody.

This is not the first time the WWE star's son has been involved with the law as he had previously been involved in a car accident in the 2000s. He was a teen at the time, but the accident occurred in Clearwater, FL -- the same city as this most recent arrest.

At the time of the 2000s arrest, Nick Hogan, 17 at the time, was driving with his friend, whom he met in the Marines. John Graziano suffered a serious brain injury from the car crash, but luckily, he survived.

At the time, Hogan told PEOPLE, “[Nick] was moving through life and maybe not real appreciative of things ... When this happened, it totally spun him in a 180. … It’s the best thing that ever happened to him. I’m not saying it’s a good thing. But it happened for a reason.”

Nick Hogan ended up pleading no contest to reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. Police officers alleged alcohol was involved, though that was never confirmed. He served an 8-month sentence.

In 2010, per PEOPLE, Nick spoke about the car crash during an appearance on Good Morning America, stating, “John’s my brother, we practically lived together and I just remember finding out about how bad everything was. It’s still hard for me to think about it,” he said of his friend, who at the time of the interview still required around-the-clock care. “I pray every day that I will be able to deal with it. It’s still at this point it’s too much to think about. It’s something that I carry with me every day.”
