50 Cent may want to add 'lucky' to his monikers because he will not face any criminal charges β€” at least not for the mic-throwing incident almost three months ago.

The "Hate It or Love It" rapper became embroiled in legal hot waters after throwing a microphone into the crowd at his concert. His actions injured an unsuspecting young woman in the face, resulting in a police report that bore no consequences for the 48-year-old months after its filing.

The drama between the record executive and the victim, Bryhana Monegain, began on August 30 at the media personality's performance at L.A.'s Crypto.com Arena. As stated, the "In da Club" hitmaker stirred up trouble after angrily tossing his mic into the crowd and hitting the Power 106 radio host.

The impact of the businessman's tantrum left Monegain with multiple lacerations to her head and face. Following the incident, the spectator filed a police report that authorities initially presented to the L.A. County D.A. as a felony case. But, the D.A.'s Office did not pursue the matter and passed the responsibility to the L.A. City Attorney's office.

However, the new parties in charge of the case recently aired their disinterest in pursuing the matter and will not be filing criminal charges against 50. Instead, the case will remain open for a year starting from the date of the incident, and it could be re-examined if there are further issues between the 48-year-old and Monegain.

According to the L.A.City Attorney, the "Ayo Technology" singer, will not be re-evaluated for possible criminal charges as long as he stays out of trouble.

Keeping his nose clean may not be a problem for the BET Hip Hop Award winner as his lawyer Scott Leemon claimed his employer would "never intentionally strike anyone with a microphone."
