Is Kim Kardashian burning herself out to keep fans entertained? This is probably the question on the mind of viewers of "The Kardashians."
After forgetting part of her day, the "KUWTK" star recently sparked concern about her well-being. The socialite is no stranger to having a tight schedule, but her May trip to New York may have been too much for the TV personality to handle.
Kim Kardashian Allegedly Suffered Memory Loss
The latest episode of Hulu's series "The Kardashians" saw the mother of four suffering from memory blanks after enduring an exhausting trip to the Big Apple. The voluptuous goddess tested her stamina by engaging in a mountain of events.
The reality TV star's schedule included rehearsing for her role in the hit Ryan Murphy series, "American Horror Story," starring in a Time magazine cover shoot, attending a SKIMS business meeting and Olivier Rousteing's fashion gala. That's not all! Kardashian also had a fitting for her Met Gala dress, appeared on the "Today" show, and supported her loved ones.
Despite the drama between the SKIMS founder and her older sister, Kourtney Kardashian, the billionaire entrepreneur met up with the new mom at her husband, Travis Barker's opening show of the Blink-182 tour in Brooklyn. However, partaking in these activities came with unforeseen consequences.
Recounting the morning of her "Today" show appearance, which took place on May 16, the People's Choice Award winner revealed she overslept for the first time in her entire career. Kardashian noted she was so tired that she ate ice cream, hoping it would rouse her senses before the interview.
The "Disaster Movie" actress shared footage of herself after meeting with the news show's representative, where she sounded dazed while greeting fans. In the clip, the 43-year-old spilled secrets about SKIMS' unreleased plans and was later filmed asking about a Tiffany store before visiting the establishment.
However, the mother of four confessed to having "no recollection" of her conversation with fans or her trip to the store. Recalling the scary loss of her memory, Kardashian described the event as an obscure dream. In the Choice Female Reality/Variety Star honoree's words:
"I had no idea that I stopped at the Tiffany's store and was posting all about it. Did I really go? It felt like a dream. This whole morning has been a complete, foggy dream."
The frightening incident did not sit right with the KarJenner matriarch, Kris Jenner, who sat her daughter down to discuss her schedule. The momager wondered if the voluptuous queen intentionally kept a tight timetable to avoid something in her life.
However, the "Selfish" author dismissed her worries and linked her tight schedule to her inability to say "no." Kardashian claimed she cannot refuse people because she once told someone "no," and they cut her out of their life.
Nonetheless, Jenner remained concerned about her daughter's well-being and feared the 43-year-old would "burn out." But taking a break may be hard for the businesswoman, who recently launched a new nipple bra and a men's line for her SKIMS brand.
Kim Kardashian's Super Advise To Newly Divorced Chris Appleton & Lukas Gage
Before suffering from memory blanks, the "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami" star had officiated the wedding between her hairstylist Chris Appleton and the actor Lukas Gage. However, before the duo walked down the aisle, the 43-year-old had passed on the wisdom she gained from her former unions.
An episode of Hulu's "The Kardashians" series revealed the mother of four had urged Appleton to get a prenuptial agreement. In the scene, the hairstylist video-called Gage to converse with the reality TV star. But, the entertainer interrupted to say:
"Oh my God, congratulations. Wait, can I just give you one tip from a lawyer? Prenup."
Additionally, the entrepreneur offered to draw up a prenuptial agreement plan for the then-couple as though foreseeing their divorce. The former lovebirds ended their relationship barely seven months after the TV personality served as the duo's officiant in their Las Vegas wedding.
Appleton pulled the plug on the marriage, filing for divorce and citing Hollywood's typical "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for separation. Fortunately, the pair had taken Kardashian's advice and had a prenup to ease the dissolution process.
