Tiger Woods' Ex-Wife Elin Nordegren Selling Florida Condo for $2.2 Million

Tiger Woods' ex-wife is selling the condo she purchased after her famous divorce from the pro golfer.
Elin Nordegren originally purchased the 2-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 1,866 sq. ft. condo in 2011, the year after the couple split. She bought the pad for $1,095,000 under her Northern Lights Trust.
In 2015, she transferred the home from Northern Lights Trust to 1012 Ocean Drive U7 LLC, which is registered under Elin’s lawyer, Dennis Belcher, who famously helped negotiate her divorce settlement from Tiger.
Elin listed the condo for $2.4 million late last year, but later cut the price down to $2.2 million. Based on real estate listing, it appears the property is under contract but has yet to be officially sold.
If the home is sold at the asking price, Elin would profit over a million dollars on the sale.
Nordegren won't be homeless: following the divorce — where she ended up with $100 million in the settlement — she bought a $12 million dollar mega-mansion only to demolish it and build a new home on the lot.
