In her touching tribute to Matthew Perry, "Friends" co-star Courteney Cox shared a never-before-scene of her and the late actor while filming the show.

The scene in which viewers are shocked by Chandler Bing (Perry) and Monica Gellar (Cox) sleeping together is one of the most iconic parts of the entire series, but what many don't know is that while filming, Perry had told Cox to make a joke after she appeared from under the covers, leaving the audience cracking up.

In "The One With Ross' Wedding" (season 4, episode 24) Ross Gellar (David Schwimmer) runs into Chandler's hotel room yelling "I'm getting married!" as Chandler is laying in his hotel bed.

Only staying for a few seconds, he then rushes back out of the hotel room, which is when Monica pops out from under the covers, completely shocking the audience as this is the first time the two friends had gotten together.

When posting her touching tribute to the late Matthew Perry, who was found unresponsive in his hot tub last month, she shared both the clip that was aired, and the part of the scene that was never seen before, which had the live audience laughinig hysterically.

After Ross runs out of the hotel room, and after Monica pops out from the covers, the audience goes crazy, leaving Perry and Cox staring at the hotel room door for several seconds waiting for the audience to calm down before continuing the scene. Once they quiet down, Cox then says "okay you're turn," which has the audience riled up again.

She quickly said, "no, no I'm just kidding. [Perry] told me to say it, I swear!"

In the caption of the video, the "Friends" actor shared, "When you work with someone as closely as I did with Matthew, there are thousands of moments I wish I could share. For now here’s one of my favorites."

As previously reported, police responded to a 911 call to assist with a possible ‘water rescue’ at Matthew Perry’s Pacific Palisades home. When the first responders arrived, they reportedly found the 54-year-old “Friends” actor in his hot tub, unresponsive.

He is believed to have drowned, but an autopsy and toxicology reports will be able to answer more questions about his true cause of death. Prescription anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medications were reportedly found in Matthew Perry‘s home following his tragic death, although sources say that no illegal narcotics were discovered at the scene.

Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, and David Schwimmer were all seen at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills neighborhood for Perry’s memorial one week after he was found in his hot tub, unresponsive.
