Keke Palmer's estranged boyfriend and baby daddy, Darius Jackson, is doubling down on her claims and laying his own accusations!
The pair have been making headlines since the "Akeelah and the Bee" actress filed for full custody of their child and a restraining order against Darius, alleging that he had physically assaulted her during their two-year relationship.
Now, the father-of-one is not refuting her abuse accusations, but he's making his own allegations against her mother, Sharon Palmer, claiming that the matriarch threatened to shoot him.
The new insight comes on the heels of Keke getting a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and temporary sole custody of their son, Leodis "Leo" Jackson. A hearing for further discussion on the issue is set for December 5, giving Darius the opportunity to present his case.
Darius Jackson Has Accused Keke Palmer's Mother Of Threatening To Shoot Him
Amid the unfolding scandal, insiders close to Darius have disclosed that the recent dispute between him and Keke originated from a disagreement over the custody of their infant son. Allegedly, Darius had messaged the actress and singer about picking up their son to watch football last Sunday, but upon arriving at Keke's place, Leo was not there as expected.
It was reported that after an argument between the former lovebirds over Leo's custody, the "True Jackson, VP" actress involved her mother, Sharon, in the dispute. The allegedly furious grandma was then heard shouting and using strong language towards Darius, even mentioning putting a bullet in his head, further escalating the situation.

At one point, Darius tried to retrieve Keke's phone, which corresponds to an incident shown in one of Keke's exhibits for her restraining order filing. Darius vehemently denies abusing Keke, and sources claim that when the police arrived, they didn't find sufficient grounds to arrest him for domestic violence
There was no filed report supporting the fitness enthusiast's version of events, per sources who spilled the tea to TMZ. It was further divulged that his mother texted Sharon upon hearing about the shooting threat from the latter.
Despite the inclusion of screenshots of another altercation between him and Keke on the stairs from February 2022 in the court docs, Darius is maintaining his account and denies the abuse allegations.
Prior to this update, The Blast detailed that Darius' brother, Sarunas, had initially responded to the allegations laid against him in a since-deleted tweet that read:
"The most disgusting, vile, abusive, manipulative person I have EVER encountered in my entire life…Abuses almost everyone…Y'all will see.. Just send positive energy to the babies.. Any child in the middle of something like this does not deserve it AT ALL. Wow, So damn sad."
In response, Sharon uploaded a clip to social media accusing Sarunas of distorting the story to favor his brother. Keke's mother alleged that the "Insecure" star was fully aware of Darius's abusive behavior but overlooked the fitness instructor's faults.
She also expressed, "What? So now he's posting on Twitter like he's this special guy when we know he's the biggest f— boy in Hollywood. He's disrespectful to women, just like his little brother. He taught his brother how to be abusive, so he don't get to act like he's this special guy."

Keke Plamer In Good Spirits During Her First Public Sighting Amid Her Legal Showdown
Meanwhile, Keke was spotted in public for the first time since the news emerged, accompanied by baby Leo, after the court granted her temporary sole custody. As The Blast reported, the five-time NAACP Image Awards recipient looked upbeat on what appeared to be a set in West Hollywood.
She was dressed in a red costume as she smiled and took a quick selfie before passing her baby boy to another woman, presumably his nanny, and going back to shooting. This public sighting comes after fans virtually and physically surrounded the Interscope signee with their love and support.
The "Winx Club" alum even received a delivery of approximately 50-100 roses from a local business, La Fleur Eclose, thanks to her fanbase. The bouquet featured an inscription that read "My Queen" alongside a small crown decoration.
At the time, U.S. media disclosed that Keke became emotional while reading the message on the card that accompanied the flowers.
