Secret Service Agents Open Fire While Protecting Joe Biden's Granddaughter

Three people attempted to break into an unmarked Secret Service vehicle, resulting in agents, who were protecting Joe Biden's granddaughter, to open fire.
Secret Service agents were assigned to protect Naomi Biden, 29, who is the granddaughter of President Joe Biden, when they noticed three individuals attempting to break into an unmarked Secret Service vehicle in Washington, D.C.. The agents, who were assigned to the 29-year-old, opened fire on the group of people.
Three Individuals Attempted To Break Into Secret Service Vehicle
According to officials, Secret Service agents, who were assigned to protect President Biden’s granddaughter, opened fire late Sunday after a group of people attempted to break into an unmarked Secret Service car in Washington, D.C..
“On Nov. 12 around 11:58 p.m. in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C., Secret Service agents encountered possibly three individuals breaking a window on a parked and unoccupied government vehicle,” the agency’s spokesman, Anthony Guglielmi, said in a statement, per The New York Post.
“During this encounter, a federal agent discharged a service weapon and it is believed no one was struck. The offenders immediately fled the scene in a red vehicle and a regional lookout was issued to supporting units. There was no threat to any protectees and the incident is being investigated by the DC Metropolitan Police Department and the Secret Service," Guglielmi added.
The suspects are still at large, but the agency put out a regional bulletin to the police to be on the lookout for the suspects’ vehicle.
Who Is Naomi Biden?
Naomi Biden is the eldest daughter of Hunter Biden and Kathleen Buhle and the granddaughter of President Joe Biden. She grew up in Washington, D.C. where she attended the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia Law School. She now works as an associate at the law firm Arnold & Porter.
She got married in front of the White House last fall.

In a now-viral video from Veterans Day, President Joe Biden was handed the wreath by a U.S. Army service member at Arlington National Cemetery, which he then transferred to the front of the tomb. Biden stood there for quite some time as he paid respects during the ceremony, but when it was time for him to get back in line, he became extremely disoriented.
Biden is then seen turning away from the wreath and beginning to walk away, however, he then hesitated, seemingly stumbled a bit, and then seemed extremely confused by where he was.
The President turned to the service member who was standing next to the Tomb of The Unknown Soldier, looking at him as if he needed direction on where to go. The service member is seen stretching out his arm and directing Biden to get back in line next to the vice president for the remainder of the ceremony. See the video here.
Following Biden’s seemingly disorientated act at the Tomb of The Unknown Solider on Veterans Day, many individuals took to social media to call the situation “embarrassing” and “pathetic.” Some even called for the President to resign.
Biden's Veterans Day moment is far from the first time that he has made headlines for his actions. In June, he fell while on stage at the United States Air Force Academy Graduation in Colorado.
