Len Goodman Flips Out On Derek Hough In Resurfaced 'Dancing With The Stars' Clip
As Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough were awaiting their judge's scores on a past season of 'Dancing With the Stars', head judge Len Goodman was giving feedback to the couple, when he suddenly lost it.
Critiquing how the dance was not a proper and technical routine, Goodman was seen yelling and standing up as he took his frustrations out on Hough for his choreography, to which Hough is then seen laughing it off and not really taking him seriously.
"Where are the proper twists and turns?" Goodman asks in the clip. "Where's the recognizable Paso Doble?" Hough is then seen throwing his head back, laughing hysterically as his partner, Pickler, seemed to be taking the criticism to heart, so she could continue to learn.

"This girl is so talented," Goodman continued to yell. "I don't want to see flashing lights, I want a real Paso Doble." The head judge then stood up as she threw his arms in the air, while Carrie Ann and Bruno Toniolo stood up trying to calm Goodman down.
"You know I'm right," he said as he pointed right at Hough. Pickler, meanwhile, looked extremely uncomfortable as this entire interaction went down.
Kellie Pickler did end up placing first alongside her partner, Derek Hough, as they took home the Mirror Ball Trophy.
It wasn't all bad blood between the two as when Hough became a judge, the two worked well together. After Goodman's passing, Derek Hough released a heartfelt statement as he shared a tribute on social media.
“‘Hold my gaze.’ Heartbroken by the news of our dear friend and mentor, Len Goodman. It’s a gloomy morning here in Los Angeles, which seems fitting after this heartbreaking news," he wrote, adding, "But when I think back at the memories we all shared with Len, his sense of humor, his smile, and his charm, everything feels much brighter and full of sunshine. Still hard to fully process but filled with gratitude knowing I had the privilege of working beside this absolute legend.”
