Keke Palmer's Mom Breaks Silence Amid Domestic Violence Allegations

The drama between Keke Palmer and her ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson intensifies with the actress' mom forced to get involved!

The beloved "Akeelah and the Bee" star's relationship with her former beau raised eyebrows months earlier following the fitness instructor's comments about his then-girlfriend's outfit. Now, the TV personality has filed for sole custody of their 8-month-old son alongside domestic violence claims.

The "Madea's Family Reunion" actress's mother, Sharon Palmer, joined the drama after Darius's brother shared a since-deleted tweet amid the tensions. Sarunas Jackson seemingly attacked the BET Award winner in his X post, a message the entertainer's mom vehemently responded to in a new video.

Keke recently made moves to finalize the end of her relationship with Darius by filing for sole custody of the former couple's 8-month-old son, Leodis Andrellton Jackson. The pair welcomed the little boy in February, six months before the dissolution of their romance.

According to the legal documents obtained by The Blast, the 30-year-old actress petitioned for “legal” and “physical” custody of her child with visitation available to her ex-boyfriend.

Darius's brother seemingly reacted to the news with a since-deleted tweet — that was grabbed by The Shaderoom — about babies embroiled in negative situations. Sarunas's message, re-shared on Instagram, read:

"The most disgusting, vile, abusive, manipulative person I have EVER encountered in my entire life…Abuses almost everyone…Y'all will see.. Just send positive energy to the babies.. Any child in the middle of something like this does not deserve it AT ALL. Wow, So damn sad."

Sharon made an Instagram video in response to Saruna's claims, calling out her grandson's uncle for allegedly twisting the narrative to support his brother. Keke's mother claimed the "Insecure" actor was well aware of Darius's abusive native but dismissed the fitness instructor's faults. With her voice trembling with emotions, Sharon said:

"I've never done anything like this. I've been in this business for 22 years. I've seen a lot of stuff, but this is—I can't help myself. For Sarunas Jackson to post on his Twitter the ridiculous that he's posted when he knew his brother was abusive."

"I went to Sarunas over a year ago and told him that his brother was abusive to my daughter, and he said: 'Oh well, I used to be like that too,'" the Primetime Emmy Award winner's mother claimed before slamming Darius's brother as a bad influence and a terrible person to women. In Sharon's words:

"What? So now he's posting on Twitter like he's this special guy when we know he's the biggest f— boy in Hollywood. He's disrespectful to women, just like his little brother. He taught his brother how to be abusive, so he don't get to act like he's this special guy."

"No, you're a f— boy, and you're a part of the problem!" Keke's mother declared, ending her rant with rage evident in her eyes. The media personality's anger continued in her caption, a fiery clap back to those who thought they could mess with her family without consequences.

"I dare you, mess with my family. Family means everything to me! You and your family act like sociopaths and like the world can't see it. You are phony! And I saw you from day one," the aggrieved matriarch penned.

"My daughter is kind, and our family treated you with kindness, and this is how you treat it. I won't take this lying down anymore. I'M DONE!" Sharon declared, dropping her final warning to the Jackson siblings.

After the "True Jackson, VP" star's mother labeled the Jackson brothers as an abusive pair, the older sibling escalated the situation on social media. The "Good Trouble" actor fired back at the Palmer matriarch underneath the Instagram post that re-shared his since-deleted tweet.

According to Sarunas, Sharon's claims were false as he did not have a history of abuse. Although he did not confirm or deny Darius's alleged abusive nature, the TV personality promised to unveil Keke's mother's threats to his family. In his words:

"Quote me: I NEVER ONCE SAID THAT to Sharon. NOT ONCE IN MY LIFE. I have NEVER been abusive to any of the women I ever been involved with. I'm not going to keep on with this circus. But Sharon, the world is about to hear YOUR VOICE. Very soon. And the threats you made to my family."

"Be well, everyone... I know it's easy to get caught up in this but make no mistake that all of this is VERY sad," Sarunas lamented.
