Bre Tiesi Sets The Record Straight On Michael B. Jordan Hookup Comments On 'Selling Sunset'

Bre Tiesi provides clarification on a possible slip-up during the filming of the latest season of "Selling Sunset!"

In an interview with ET after the release of Season 7 on November 3, the 32-year-old addressed the unintentional name-dropping of the "Black Panther" star, emphasizing that it was not her intention.

During a conversation with castmates Amanza Smith, Emma Hernan, and Chrishell Stause in a particular episode, Tiesi suggested that she had a previous encounter with Jordan, revealing a surprising revelation that caught her co-stars and millions of fans off guard.

Although she didn't delve into the specifics of their relationship during the conversation, Tiesi informed ET that she never anticipated her admission would be broadcast in the first place.

"Basically, we were all having girl talk, and we were sitting, but they were resetting the cameras, and it wasn't a conversation that was technically," Tiesi, who shifted to a smirk, said as she trailed off during the video interview.

The reality star admitted it was her mistake, acknowledging, "I know better."

She then requested fans to cut her some slack for unintentionally revealing something.

In that scene, Stause questioned her fellow cast members about their celebrity crushes, asking, "Who would you sleep with, celebrity-wise? Who would you pick?"

Smith promptly responded with "Michael B. Jordan," prompting Tiesi to confess, "I could do that — and I've done that." She continued, "I've slept with all of my favorites," before quickly adding, "I'm kidding."

Tiesi went on to explain to ET that she had no intention of the revelation extending beyond their conversation.

"That was no way me trying to be like, 'Oh, you know, I did X, Y and Z,'" she clarified.

Despite not intending to share it on camera, she acknowledged the show's aim to produce entertaining content, stating, "Remember, we want to make a good show, and [so] you guys are entertained. So whatever makes it makes it and what doesn't, doesn't. But also, it wasn't my intention."

When questioned about a timeline, Tiesi responded with a smile, and chose not to provide further details, stating, "I'm not gonna get into that too much."

Tiesi revealed that the group also delved into her relationship with Nick Cannon, the father of her 16-month-old son Legendary, during the recorded conversation.

She mentioned, "I was actually having a conversation, and I had said that I had a baby with my celebrity crush, but that didn't make it."

In that same conversation, Tiesi candidly discussed her relationship with Cannon with her castmates. She expressed, "I love Nick. I'm happy with my relationship, however that is, and like, if I date, I date."

In response to Hernan's inquiry about whether Cannon would be okay with her dating others, Tiesi gave a straightforward reply, saying, "I don't know. Maybe."

Stause exclaimed, "Wait. You've got to be kidding me. That's not fair."

Tiesi went on to elaborate, stating, "I mean, I do what I want to do, but I still would never disrespect Nick. I just wouldn't," she continued. "And even his situations and stuff, I've always been nothing but respectful of that. I know people don't get it, and I don't care that people don't get it."

When it comes to the possibility of returning for an eighth season, which Netflix hasn't officially announced, Tiesi indicated that she's likely to opt out. Her primary focus is on pursuing her career goals and securing opportunities elsewhere to enhance her financial prospects.

Expressing her sentiments, she stated, "I love Jason, I love the girls, I love all of that, but at the end of the day, I'm about my bag."

Tiesi further explained that if she's going to face criticism in life, regardless of how she earns money, she might as well go where she is compensated more.
