Prince Harry recorded a virtual comedy monologue for the Stand Up for Heroes show in his Montenico home. The show is organized to raise money for members of the armed forces. In the video, he joked about different parts of himself, including his ginger hair and never being criticized. The Duke began the video with a reference to the Bob Woodruff Foundation, which was a co-host of the event.

He said, "Hello New York. Obviously, I was deeply honored when Bob asked me to debut my stand-up act with you all tonight."

Putting on a jacket with four British military medals, the Duke then joked about his ginger-colored hair. He said, "Due to the shockingly low representation of gingers last year, and out of respect for my fellow endangered species, here I am, reporting for duty."

Harry noted that he didn't "prepare much" for the speech and joked that he "never gets scrutinized." He added, "But out of an abundance of caution, I have been working on this particular act for quite some time and everyone I know tells me it's perfect. And no, these aren't people who just tell me what I want to hear, these are people like my finance manager, my lawyer, and of course, my reiki healer."

According to Hello! Magazine, the Duke was handed a script for his monologue before asking, "So, we're not doing the thing?"

During his speech, Harry focused on talking about the values of service. He said, "I've said it before and I'll say it again, service is what happens in the quiet and the chaos. Whether we are wearing the uniform or not, we must continue to uphold the values we learned side by side on the base, on the drill square, and on the battlefield. Values of service, values of honor and integrity, and values of togetherness and solidarity."

The Duke and his wife are involved in a new row with the royal family regarding his father's birthday party. Buckingham Palace reportedly did not extend an invitation to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for King Charles' 75th birthday party at Clarence House, as indicated by their spokesperson, contradicting earlier reports that Prince Harry declined the invitation.

An insider noted, "They had not received any invitation and were unaware of any celebrations until the stories came out. I'm sure the Duke will find a way to reach out privately to wish His Majesty a happy birthday like he has always done."
