Blac Chyna is continuing her legal fight against baby daddy, Tyga, as they battle it out in court for the custody of their 10-year-old son.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Blac Chyna enrolled and completed a parent education program ahead of her appearance in court for this case.

We broke the news that Chyna filed a "petition to determine parental relationship" and is seeking joint custody of the little one with the rapper. However, Tyga isn't buying that and only wants to give her visitation rights.

"Parents are required by law to attend a mediation orientation/ parent education program (Our Children First) and a mediation session prior to appearing at a Request for Order or Trial regarding the custody and/ or visitation of their children," a description of the program reads.

It continues, "Parents must complete this online program only once...Please plan to complete this program in one sitting to ensure that you receive the required information in the clearest possible manner."

Completing the program is mandatory for custody battle cases, especially when both parties want to try mediation before appearing in court. It is quite an easy program, as it takes approximately 60 minutes for it to be completed.

In late August, The Blast broke the news that the former video vixen took Tyga to court to establish paternity and collect child support. In the filing, the 35-year-old, who rebranded as Angela White, requested "joint custody" of their son Cairo and listed her current living situation, asking the court to do what is in the "best interest of the child."

As for her child support payment demands, Chyna stated in the filing, "The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party." It's unsure if she requested a specific amount in child support from the "Bops Going Brazy" rapper.

Before the filing, Chyna and Tyga had never formally filed a formal custody case with the Los Angeles County Courts. However, she previously gave insight into her financial relationship with Tyga and her other baby daddy, Rob Kardashian.

In a 2020 appearance on Sirius/XM's Hip Hop Nation, she claimed, "My biggest flex. I mean, just honestly taking care of my kids by myself as a single parent, but no child support. So that's my biggest flex. … That's what's up."

However, her remark was criticized by the fathers of her children, who claimed they were always with the kids and had no reason to pay child support.

Tyga Wants Sole Custody Of Son Cairo

Almost a month after Chyna's petition, Tyga filed his response demanding sole custody of the 10-year-old. The rapper, whose real name is Micheal Ray Stevenson, wants Chyna to have a "reasonable right of parenting time (visitation) to the party without physical custody" instead of shared custody.

As regards traveling with the minor, Tyga wants to "have written permission from the other parent or party, or a court order, to take the children out of the state of California."

It's possible that Tyga refused to share custody of Cairo with Chyna because the amount of child support can be determined by how much custody one parent has compared to the other. Also, there is the part about how much both parties make, and Tyga possibly makes more than Chyna.

Since undergoing an identity transformation, Chyna hasn't been doing great financially. She sold some of her personal belongings online through a consignment store and has raked in over $178k this year from selling off her clothes, purses, and shoes.

However, that is not enough to sustain her in the long run.
