Senada Greca Shares Her Protein Blueberry Chocolate Bark Recipe

Fitness trainer Senada Greca is known for her grueling workouts, but she also loves to share her delicious recipes with her Instagram followers at least once a week.
This week, instead of going for a savory meal, she decided to share a look at one of her favorite dessert recipes: Protein Blueberry Chocolate Bark.
Celebrity Fitness Trainer Senada Greca Unveils Her Healthy Protein Blueberry Chocolate Bark Recipe
While wearing a gym fit from her new Zentoa Perfect Seamless collection, Senada stood in her kitchen and tried not to drizzle chocolate all over her kitchen counter as she gave fans a look at how she prepared the bark. First, she showed her followers a look at the final product before she showed her followers how to make it.
After lying blueberries out on parchment paper, she combined almond milk with protein powder in a bowl and drizzled it in a third layer of the blueberries. She then sprinkled almonds on top of the mixture before melting coconut oil and dark chocolate in a microwave.
She then drizzles the chocolate over the almonds before adding even more almonds for extra crunch. She then puts the whole baking sheet into the freezer for one to two hours in order to set it before digging in! Senada shares how much of each ingredient she uses in the caption, but it can easily be modified to fit individual preferences.

In the caption, Senada wrote, “Protein Blueberry Chocolate Bark - this might be even better than the last one. So easy to make, super delicious and a great dessert, post workout or anytime snack,” adding, “Must try! So so so good!” She also listed the five-step process she uses to make her delicious dessert:
- 1-2 cups of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2. 2-3 scoops of vanilla protein powder mixed with 1 cup of almond milk (I used unsweetened vanilla)
- 3. Melt dark chocolate, 70g (l used unsweetened, 100% cacao) with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 4. Chop up or use slivered almonds and drizzle on top
- 5. Layer the melted chocolate and add some more almonds (if you prefer)
Place in freezer till it sets for about 1-2 hours

The Zentoa brand commented on her post, writing, “Wow! Stunning in the barely there bra top. The way it shows off your back.” However, many fans were more interested in her delicious dessert recipe than her gym fit!
“Do you come up with most of your recipes? They all look awesome and delicious,” one fan commented. “I do,” Senada replied. “I sprinkled pink Himalayan on the last dessert and it made the flavors pop soooo much,” another follower shared. “Great idea! Try this one with the blueberries. It might be better than the first one,” Senada confessed.
Other fans said that they would try her blueberry bark recipe only because they were such big fans of the last bark recipe she posted last month!

Last month, the social media sensation shared a video for her Protein Banana Chocolate Bark recipe, which was a huge hit with her fans! After smashing pieces of sliced bananas flat between two pieces of parchment paper, she drizzled the top with chocolate protein powder, melted dark chocolate, and walnuts for an added crunch. Fans were quick to declare that the quick and easy recipe was a success with comments of "yummy" and "delicious."
When one fan said that they were allergic to bananas, Senada was quick to recommend that they could replace the bananas in this recipe with berries or any kind of soft fruit. The walnuts can also be swapped out for any kind of crunchy elements that fans prefer... or be omitted entirely!
