Aerosmith's Steven Tyler Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Teen Model

Aerosmith front-runner Steven Tyler has been accused of sexually assaulting a teen model in 1975.

According to a new lawsuit, the 75-year-old singer is accused of assaulting Jeanne Bellino, who is a former child model. She claims that she met Tyler in New York in 1975 -- when she was 17 and the band member was 27.

The former teen model is accusing Steven Tyler of forcing her into a phone booth and "sticking his tongue down her throat" after they met through a band meet-and-greet at the Warwick Hotel in Manhattan.

While walking down Sixth Avenue, Bellino said she asked Tyler a question about a song lyric, which resulted in him becoming visibly frustrated, which is when he allegedly forced her into the booth.

The lawsuit states, "While holding her captive, Tyler stuck his tongue down her throat, and put his hands upon her body, her breasts, her buttocks, and her genitals, moving and removing clothing and pinning her against the wall of the phone booth."

"As Tyler was mauling and groping Plaintiff, he was humping her pretending to have sex with Plaintiff," the suit continued.

According to the lawsuit, bystanders witnessed the assault, even "laughing" at the situation that was unfolding.  "Others stood by outside the phone booth laughing and as passersby watched and witnessed, nobody in the entourage intervened," the suit stated.

The cause of action listed in the new lawsuit is gender-motivated violence. The victim is seeking unspecified damages, per The Rolling Stone.

The former teen model stated that she weighed approximately 115 pounds at the time, and this was her first experience sexually. "Tyler’s p---- was erect and it was evident to her as he rubbed it against her that he was not wearing underwear and wearing thin pants," the suit stated. "Plaintiff fought back and struggled to be free, but Tyler restrained her."

According to the lawsuit filed, Bellino says she was able to free herself and escape from the phone booth, but she decided to stay with the group for the rest of the evening as her friend was on her ride home.

The lawsuit continued to describe the events that took place later that evening after the group returned to the Warwick Hotel.

Steven Tyler allegedly began to forcibly kiss the former teen model and even grinded up against her. As Bellino continued to resist, Tyler allegedly whispered into her ear that he was "going in my room to do something quick." He then had an associate call her to his room.

Bellino claims she was sobbing and shaking, even stating that she was afraid that she "couldn't talk and was paralyzed". She shook her head "no" at the associate and then left the hotel.

The former teen model claims she has "suffered and will continue to suffer, great pain of mind and body, severe and permanent emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress, embarrassment, humiliation, physical, personal & psychological injuries."

The lawsuit also states that Bellino was hospitalized as a result of the alleged incident, and she still requires medication to this day.

Steven Tyler has yet to respond to the case.
