Singer Justin Timberlake headed to Cabo after facing a lot of backlash for what pop star Britney Spears had to say about him in her memoir, “The Woman In Me,” which was released last Tuesday.

In her tell-all memoir, the now 41-year-old pop star reflected on allegations of infidelity and even an unplanned pregnancy that left fans in shock. Although the “Cry Me A River” singer disabled comments on his Instagram page to try to escape the backlash, fans started covering the Instagram page of his wife, actress Jessica Biel with questions about his infidelity.

The 42-year-old singer decided to pack up his family and travel to Cabo in order to spend some time under the radar, hitting the pool with his wife and two children.

It seems that fans are not so willing to forgive Justin Timberlake for what happened two decades ago. The two dated from 1999 to 2002, although the news that Britney terminated her pregnancy because the "Mirrors" crooner said he "didn't want to be a father" has shaken fans to their core.

In an excerpt of “The Woman In Me,” released by People magazine, Britney opened up about the "agonizing" decision. “It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated,” she wrote in her memoir. “But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.”

“I don’t know if that was the right decision. If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father,” she continued, adding, “To this day, it’s one of the most agonizing things I have ever experienced in my life.”
