What Kim Kardashian certainly meant as fun and attraction for her fans turned out to be setting herself to be dragged for Halloween.

The 'KUWTK' star was hit by a negative reaction when she uploaded a clip highlighting the expensive — and ghoulish — decor she had placed in her home as part of her annual Halloween celebration.

While some social media users suggested that the money used for this temporary display should have been donated instead, others found the display in bad taste.

Critics Slam Kim Kardashian For Her 'Senseless' & Tasteless Halloween Decorations

On Friday, Kim shared that she had gone all out in decorating her Calabasas mansion with grotesque decor. In the video she posted, the mother of four's home is seen with lavish decorations including skeletons, mummified hands, dismembered body parts, fake blood, and various other gruesome decorations.

Even the tabletop was set to a bloody and expensive appearance. Despite keying into the scary part of Halloween, more than a handful of the SKIMS co-founder's followers found some problems with the post.

"You guys went too far, it's actually uncomfortable to watch," one viewer reacted in the comments, as another expressed, "Such a waste of money that could go to so many things. Waste. Read the room."

A third critic declared, "The lack of consciousness and compassion is baffling!" and a fourth chimed in, "Tone deaf to what some parts of the world are going through, money doesn't buy taste or morals."

Similarly, a fifth onlooker pointed out, "You are so out of touch with reality," and a sixth disclosed, "Can't stand this family. You know how many people you could feed with the money spent on this?"

Drawing a parallel between Kim's decorations of choice and the recent deadly events in the news, especially the Israel-Hamas war and a mass shooting in Maine on Wednesday, one critic claimed that they were "too traumatized by what's happening in the world right now to think this is cool."

At the same time, this person wrote, "This is so appallingly senseless not to mention tasteless, given the actual horror occurring in the world right now," as another agreed that the post was "incredibly tone, deaf and twisted."

Yet another critic noted that "people are literally dying right now."

It should be noted that amid the chaos, a few people came to Kim's defense, with one of them typing, "'I don't understand why people are so mad at this lady for having money. What she does with [it] is her business. And what's happening in other places isn't America's business either she doesn't owe anyone anything, get a grip."

"Everyone's talking about her money like they didn't just spend their car note money on costumes and drinks last night," a second supporter commented. Regardless of the fans who sided with her, the former "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star opted to delete the macabre post and replace it with another.

The mother-of-four ultimately deleted the post and replaced it with a delightful announcement hours later.
