Lupita Nyong'o Enjoys The 'Good Times' In Her Bikini Following Split From Selema Masekela

Lupita Nyong'o is living her best single life during a getaway in Mexico!

The "Black Panther" star took to Instagram and shared a tantalizing video of herself clad in her little bikini. Nyong'o went to Cancun following her separation from Selema Masekela, whom she dated for a year.

The 40-year-old Mexican-Kenyan actress recently journeyed to Xcaret, Mexico, just south of Playa Del Carmen to enjoy the "good times."

Nyong'o posted several snapshots from her getaway and a jaw-dropping video clip showcasing herself in a leopard print two-piece while getting drenched in water on a yacht.

Her swimwear featured a halterneck top that secured tightly over her neck, leaving her toned shoulders and arms in full view. The garment also boasted a set of triangle cups and a plunging neckline that bared her décolletage.

Nyong'o teamed the look with a pair of bottoms that matched the same color and style as her top. The front of the swimwear was worn a few inches below her navel -- displaying much of her taut midsection. Its sides stretched high over her hips, accentuating her slender frame. The high-rise design of the piece also showed off the actress' sculpted pins.

The vacation content came over a week after she announced her split from Selena Masekela.

The Academy Award winner opened up about her recent breakup on Instagram, revealing that she is currently experiencing a "season of heartbreak" due to "deception" by an unnamed loved one.

"There are much more important things going on in the world right now, and my thoughts are with those who are deeply suffering," Nyong'o wrote. "At this moment, it is necessary for me to share a personal truth and publicly dissociate myself from someone I can no longer trust."

"I find myself in a season of heartbreak because of a love suddenly and devastatingly extinguished by deception. I am tempted to run into the shadows and hide, only to return to the light when I have regained my strength enough for me to say, 'Whatever, my life is better this way,'" the "12 Years a Slave" star continued.

"But I am reminded that the magnitude of the pain I am feeling is equal to the measure of my capacity for love. And so, I am choosing to face the pain, cultivating the courage to meet my life exactly as it is, and trusting that this too shall pass. The promise, they say, is that a tender heart is what gives birth to fearlessness. I hope it's true… I share this to keep it ?, and hoping that the knowledge of my experience might be useful to someone else out there experiencing the grip of heartbreak who is poised to try and escape from the pain and miss out on the wisdom that comes from it," the actress added.

Nyong'o indicated a "Breakup" hashtag before telling her followers, "Let's face our pain so we don't spread it."
