Model Jen Selter is not leaving much to the imagination in her latest Instagram share!

The 30-year-old fitness trainer put on a cheeky display as she knelt down on the ledge of the pool on all fours, taking advantage of that coveted golden hour lighting to show off her fit physique!

In one of her latest Instagram posts, Jen stunned her 14.2 million Instagram followers with a photo of her kneeling on the edge of the pool in a pink thong bathing suit. The sun is setting in the distance, casting a beam of orange and yellow colors over the water. Fans who swipe to the right are treated to a video that features Jen kneeling and sitting beside the pool, her long dark hair blowing in the wind.

“Sunset thoughts - Feeling confused or caught off guard in a situation? Sometimes we're so in it that we don't see it for what it really is. That's when stepping away can be a game changer,” she wrote in the caption.

“Taking some alone time lets you get out of the noise and really tune into your own thoughts. It's like hitting pause on a movie to really get what's happening. So don't be afraid to step back and spend some time alone,” she concluded, wrapping up her thoughts with the emoji of a sunset. Her ponytail bounced along to her workouts as she showed off her fit physique in a navy blue two-piece bathing suit and blue sneakers. This is par for the course for Jen, who usually works out in a bikini when the weather calls for it!
