Judge's New Orders Make Kim Zolciak, Kroy Biermann's Divorce Even MESSIER

In an attempt to keep their divorce from getting ugly, a judge has just ordered Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermannto live in separate corridors while they remain under the same roof.
The reality television stars must live in different parts of the house, and may not cross into the other's personal space without permission. Plus, they are ordered not to "eavesdrop" when the other is parenting and spending time with their children.
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Live Under Same Roof, But In Different Rooms
Kim Zolciak gets exclusive use of the basement and the nanny suite while Kroy Bierrman must remain in the master bedroom.
"Neither party shall enter the other party’s individually awarded space in the marital residence without permission," the legal documents state. Although they will be sleeping in different rooms, they do have access to common areas like the kitchen and living room as a shared space.
But that's not all... because as an attempt to protect the couple's 4 young kids, Kim and Kroy have been ordered to act "civilly towards one another", and "Neither parent shall disparage the other parent in the presence of or earshot of the minor children."
Kim and Kroy cannot eavesdrop while the other has time with the kids -- plus the reality television stars are ordered not to use their children as "messengers".
The judge's new orders are specific, but it is necessary due to the fact that the ongoing divorce has already been extremely messy.
As The Blast previously reported, the retired NFL linebacker filed for divorce from the reality TV star amid reported financial difficulties. Per our previous report, “His filing at the time seemed to point to the fact that they were indeed working on their relationship after they withdrew their initial filing for divorce in July.”
Kroy and Kim share four minor children together, but Kroy filed for primary custody and requested “exclusive” use of their $3 million Georgia mansion, per The Blast. According to court documents, he noted their 12-year union was “irretrievably broken,” demanding “exclusive, temporary, and permanent use and possession of the marital residence” in Alpharetta.
“Petitioner (Biermann) shows that Respondent (Zolciak) should be restrained and enjoined from coming about the marital residence after she vacates,” court documents read.
Kim Zolcik Wants Divorce Axed
The Blast previously reported that ‘RHOA’ star Kim Zolciak recently asked for her divorce to be called off with her husband, former NFL player Kroy Biermann, claiming the two stars are still having s– regularly.
However, her estranged husband almost immediately shot down her request. Per our previous report, Kroy has described Kim's initial petition as a “legal game,” adding that “the filing of motion is just another delay tactic in Respondent [Zolciak]’s playbook as indicated by her exclamation “I’m living here not going anywhere!”
Kroy has filed for divorce twice, claiming Zoliack’s gambling problems have led them to financial ruin.
The couple also recently listed their mansion for sale.
