While another follower wondered why her Caussin was featured on her podcast, the mother-of-two clarified that it was a celebration of their growth and evolution. According to her, the father of her children was on "@whinedownpodcast because though this book wasn't about him, we have evolved so much and that's why should be highlighted. Not the stories from the past."

She also emphasized that her book was not about any specific ex-partner, including her ex-husband. The 39-year-old went on to point out that it was about her personal journey, specifically her patterns of behavior and the process of self-improvement and healing she underwent.

Earlier, US Magazine reported that the "One Tree Hill" star delved into some of her difficult moments, including a heated argument she had with Caussin just before filing for divorce.

In her memoir, she recalled an incident involving her breast augmentation recovery in the spring of 2021. At the time, the former American football tight end offered to do laundry but failed to complete the task, leading to a fiery argument between them.

Hurtful words were exchanged, with the 36-year-old allegedly making a derogatory remark, saying, "I didn't know you were such a f---ing cripple." The situation escalated as wet clothes were thrown, reportedly resulting in Kramer's fall and subsequent tears.

Per the outlet, this was not the first time such verbal exchanges had occurred in their marriage. In March of the same year, the former couple had a similarly intense disagreement. During a podcast episode, the expectant mother expressed how the hurtful words had a lasting impact on her, likening the experience to "high school mean."

The former Washington Redskins player acknowledged their differing approaches to conflict, emphasizing that he did not hold onto hurtful words similarly. He also admitted, "But we're different people and that's OK. … It's just me trying to force the upper hand or force respect, which is just a bad way to do it."

In a candid conversation on her podcast "Whine Down," Kramer and her fiancé Allan Russell delved into the complexities of growing their family. The actress, who had experienced previous miscarriages, expressed her hesitations about another pregnancy.

Acknowledging her feelings, the "Heart of the Country" star shared, "If you want one, I might not be your girl because I don't know if I can physically carry a baby again." The professional football coach, who already has a 16-year-old son and a stepdaughter, responded warmly, emphasizing the beauty of creating something together.

Although she agreed, the "DWTS" alum reflected on her experiences with miscarriage and candidly shared her apprehensions, stating, "I would love that, but if it's something of really wanting it, I don't want you to be like, 'Oh, I should have been with someone else' because I, as a woman who has had a bunch of miscarriages, I feel broken."

According to PEOPLE, the "Return of the Living Dead: Necropolis" actress added, "I know I'm a woman, but when you miscarry that many times, you're like, 'Am I? Because I can't even carry a baby. I don't want to relive that again, feeling that way. That was awful."

Jana Kramer also revealed that despite her previous stance against having more children and her prior disclosure of this to potential partners, she was surprised by her current pregnancy.
