Russell Crowe Is Hungry For A Piece Of His Chocolate Look-Alike Statue

The talented Hollywood star recently took to social media to share how happy he was to have a chocolate statue made in his likeness, which was displayed at a festival over the weekend.

Who’s sweeter? The iconic “Robin Hood” actor or his chocolate twin? Well, fans will have to decide that when they get the chance.

In honor of his daring character from the movie “Gladiator,” a statue of Crowe was displayed for a competition in Malta. The event occurred at the Hamrun Chocolate Festival and was attended by many chocolate lovers.

Attracted by the beauty of his look-alike, Crowe could not keep his excitement to himself as he took to X (formerly known as Twitter) to gush about the chocolate statue.

“Some people get statues made of bronze—some in marble. In Malta, they have made me out of chocolate,” he wrote, joking that he would be available to eat it when the contest ended.

Crowe’s photo on X of the chocolate statue immediately went viral, and some fans joked that they could barely tell the difference between real-life and eatable Crowe. The tweet also garnered over 17k likes and 1.4 million views.

After the “Thor: Love and Thunder" star gushed about his beautiful chocolate look-alike, fans wanted to know who made such a pleasing statue that left nothing to the imagination about the actor’s physique.

According to reports, Tiziano Cassar is the incredible artist who created the masterpiece chocolate. Since the photo went viral, he has received a lot of appreciation from people worldwide, especially Crowe’s supporters.

Moments before the incredible chocolate Gladiator was displayed, Cassar took to his Facebook page to applaud his team, saying, “Setting up for Mr. Crowe. Great team, thanks to all involved.” The quote accompanied a photo of a stage on an empty street.

During the festival, attendees could see the statue and applaud the artist’s handiwork on social media. Last year, a similar event displayed several life-sized chocolate statues. This year’s occasion was the 13th edition of the festival, and supporters are looking forward to future events.
