Blac Chyna Claims Rob Kardashian Tried to Save Their Reality Show with Help From Ryan Seacrest

Blac Chyna says her baby daddy Rob Kardashian was so on board for season two of their reality show, he reached out to Ryan Seacrest to personally plead with him not to cancel it.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Blac Chyna filed an amended complaint against Rob, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.
Blac Chyna originally sued the family claiming her E! show “Rob & Chyna” was canceled due to Kris and Kim interfering with season 2. She later added the rest of the family.
In the documents, Blac Chyna makes several new claims. She says that in early 2017, the network actually began shooting a new season of the show, despite all the paperwork not being finished. BC claims the showrunner was with her while they filmed at a hospital where she underwent a cosmetic procedure.
She says she agreed to an "invasive filming of her private moments" with the understanding it was for season 2. Chyna says the procedure was not the only footage shot, with cameras following her and Rob to get their daughter’s ears pierced. The producers also followed her to Vegas for her first appearance after giving birth.
Blac Chyna also says she has an email from an E! executive to her rep saying they wanted her on more episodes of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" with the goal of bringing “Rob & Chyna” back shortly afterward.
Even though they were broken up at the time, she believed the new season would focus on the young couple co-parenting Dream and perhaps show them as single people dating new partners, or perhaps reconciling.
“Reality television thrives on colorful personalities engaging in conflict,” the lawsuit states. “If anything, the E! network saw more potential in a second season given the success of season one and the new, unpredictable co-parenting relationship” between her and Rob.
Chyna says Kris Jenner and Rob’s sisters all interfered to get the show canceled in retaliation for her breaking up with their brother. She claims they had their agents contact E! and demand they abruptly stop production on season 2.
She claims the show's producers confirmed to Chyna that season 2 was on hold due to Kris and the sisters' demands.
“The E! network, hoping the defendants would change their demand that the show be killed, decided to buy more time and offered” her an extension agreement of her contract, the lawsuit states. She believed this was intended to give the network a few more months to again start-up production on season 2, so that Kris, Kim, Khloe and Kylie could “cool off.”
Chyna claims Rob wanted to do another season and he personally contacted Ryan Seacrest to intervene with his family to try and save the show. She says he even contacted executive producers to try and stop his powerful family’s intentional interference.
Chyna adds if the family didn’t get her show canceled, there would have been no room on the network’s schedule for Kylie’s show, “Life of Kylie.”
The case is ongoing.
