Britney Spears Teases New ‘The Woman In Me’ Quotes Merch Collection

Pop star Britney Spears is releasing an entire line of merchandise centered around her memoir "The Woman In Me."

Although the tell-all book does not officially come out until next Tuesday, the “Toxic” singer knows that fans can’t wait to get their hands on some of her merchandise, which is available now.

On Thursday, the 41-year-old pop star took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to promote her new merchandise, which includes song lyrics and quotes from her memoir. "I wasn't good, I was GREAT! The Legendary Quotes collection is here ?️ !!! New merch pieces inspired by iconic song lyrics and quotes from my new upcoming memoir, #TheWomaninMe. Shop now ?️ !!! " she wrote over a few images of merchandise.

According to the website, one grey sweatshirt with the words “I Am Britney Spears” stitched into the front retails for $75 USD. A black short-sleeve shirt with the same message is selling for $35. She is also selling vinyl records for all of her albums, as well as a beanie with the words “Stronger Than Yesterday” switched into the black fabric with pink lettering ($40 USD).

Two days ago, the "Stronger" singer took to social media to share a promotional video for her memoir. "1 week until my book #TheWomanInMe hits shelves ? !!! Thank you all for making it #1 on Amazon already !!!" she wrote in the caption. Many fans had nothing but love for the pop star, with one user writing, "You have been the greatest ever since we can all remember you are a legend you're one of the best."

There have been many bombshells about the book distributed online in the week ahead of its release. One of the biggest bombshells is that Britney had an unplanned pregnancy with Justin Timberlake when she was only 19 and decided to terminate the pregnancy after several emotional talks.

In an excerpt of “The Woman In Me,” released by People magazine on Tuesday, the “Overprotected” singer revealed that she made the "agonizing" decision to terminate her pregnancy after she learned that Justin “wasn’t ready to be a father.”

“It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day. This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated,” she wrote in her memoir. “But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy. He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young.”

“I don’t know if that was the right decision. If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father,” she continued, adding, “To this day, it’s one of the most agonizing things I have ever experienced in my life.”

Even though there have been a lot of allegations about Britney's relationship with Justin Timberlake being exposed over the past few days, the "Cry Me A River" singer is apparently trying to keep his head down and focus on his family. He married actress Jessica Biel in 2012 and the two share two sons together.

“Justin has been focusing on his own family and trying not to concern himself with Britney’s memoir,” a source told ET on Tuesday. “In recent years, Justin has tried to be supportive of Britney from a distance. They dated so long ago, but he still has respect for her. Justin and Jessica just want everyone to grow and evolve instead of continuing to bring up the past.”

Britney's memoir "The Woman In Me" is scheduled for release on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.
