Prince's dead body was filmed by investigators at the time of his death and the Carver County Sheriff's Office released the video today.

The images above were taken from videos of the scene, which we have chosen to blur.

The video was released along with all documents related to the investigation.

Earlier today, a press conference was held by authorities in Minnesota announcing there would be no charges related to Prince's death in April of 2016. Mark Metz, the Carver County Attorney, explained that they believe Prince didn't realize he was taking Vicodin laced with Fentanyl.

At the time of his death, police say there were no painkiller prescriptions in Prince's name.

Following the press conference, the sheriff's department released all records related to the investigation of his death. The records that were released by authorities included photos, notes and a video showing the lifeless body of the icon.
