Andreea Dragoi Looks Pretty In Pink

The clip showed Dragoi standing in front of a bathroom mirror. She used the back camera of her phone to film the fit check. The model grabbed the ends of her blonde locks before running a hand over her chest -- all while gazing at the mobile device's screen.

Dragoi then flashed a big smile and moved closer to the mirror -- giving her online audience a better look at her outfit.

All Glammed Up For A Special Cause

Dragoi styled her hair in soft waves with a center part and enhanced her striking features with makeup. She also sported accessories, including a pair of hoop earrings, a dainty necklace, and rings.

The athlete revealed she was attending the "Pink Party" for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, organized by Babes In Toyland.

As per the organization, the charity event will benefit HER Too Non-Profit, who issued a statement on their Instagram account:

"Thank you for choosing us to be the breast cancer nonprofit organization to benefit from the Pink Party! We appreciate all the support to help us with the mission of helping women who need financial assistance with the cost of their breast cancer treatment!"

Andreea Dragoi Can't Profit Off Of Her NIL

Dragoi has been constantly compared to LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne, the highest-paid female athlete in the NCAA with an estimated valuation of roughly $3.5 million annually, according to On3's tracker for name, image, and likeness (NIL).

Unfortunately for Dragoi, who is one of the most-followed NCAA swimmers on Instagram, cannot profit off of her NIL while on U.S. soil due to F-1 visa guidelines. In addition, the Romanian beauty cannot sign with a talent agency because of her status as an international student, leaving her to manage all the deals out of the country.

"I'm doing it all on my own," said Dragoi. "It made me learn a lot from the process and how to manage everything. Everyone thinks I have a team behind me at this point, and I'm like, Nope.'"

The situation made Dragoi turn down three or four brand deals each month due to federal immigration and tax laws.

Working As A Lifeguard

To earn money, Dragoi works 20 hours a week as a lifeguard at SJSU, in addition to 20 hours of weekly training for the Spartans' swimming and diving program.

"In my case, I'm financially independent and I have to get an on-campus job," the swimmer explained. "Everyone's like, 'Oh my god, she's a lifeguard.' But the thing is, I have no other choice. It's the only job that I can do, being on campus, because of my visa. It's hustle after hustle after hustle that would be made a lot easier if we could monetize our NIL."

Dragoi said that the whole thing can be "frustrating."

She added, "I wish there would be another loophole or another new rule that would allow international student athletes to be able to earn from NIL deals. After all, we're all athletes, right? We all follow our dreams, we chase our goals, and we want to monetize our name as well."
