MMA's Jasmine Artiga Shows Off Ripped Abs In New Workout Post

MMA's Jasmine "Animal" Artigais motivating her followers to "stay in shape" with her latest workout post.

The 31-year-old shared some photos from her recent workout, leaving fans speechless as she showed off her ripped abs.

The first photo showed Artiga in a pair of gray leggings as she worked on lifting and strengthening her upper body.

In the second slide, Artiga snapped a mirror selfie, showing off her ripped abs as she wore a sports bra and workout leggings.

"𝙶𝙴𝚃 𝙸𝙽 𝚂𝙷𝙰𝙿𝙴 💪 𝚂𝚃𝙰𝚈 𝙸𝙽 𝚂𝙷𝙰𝙿𝙴 🔒," she captioned the post, prompting fans to comment on how ripped she is.

"Pure power 💪🏻," one fan wrote as another simply used emojis to express their thoughts, "😤💪🏽🔥".

The MMA fighter also showed off her boxing skills in a Reel she shared to Instagram, in which she "Takin off like a 🚀".

Fans immediately commented on how toned and strong Atriga is. "Somebody is going to have really sore ribs in the future 🥊," one user wrote as another chimed in with, "Lemme stop being lazy and drive to crunch😭".

Artiga threw different combos, hitting the punching bag as hard as she could, which also showed off her toned arms and fit body.

When talking about her fitness journey, the 30-year-old noted, “I’ve always been athletic. I grew up taking dance lessons, then tennis in my teen years as well as basketball and flag football in high school. After I graduated high school, I went on to play in a women’s pro arena tackle football for the (LFL), being the youngest girl in the league at 18.”

She went on to say, “But my boxing journey has been a father-daughter journey. He is my trainer and greatest motivational support system and mentor. We have one goal and one dream and that’s to be world champion, so I have to give all thanks to him for guiding me every step of the way.”

The MMA fighter also showed off her bikini body as she recently posed poolside in a strappy, skimpy bikini. Artiga took a dip in the pool as her abs and toned legs were on full display.
