MMA's Joanna Jedrzejczyk Jumps On New AI Yearbook Trend

MMA fighter Joanna Jedrzejczyk is the latest sports icon to jump on the new AI yearbook trend.

Jedrzejczyk shared a handful of photos from AI to social media showing off her many high school looks, including 'bad girl Joanna' and 'school nerd Joanna'.

In the first AI-created photo that Joanna Jedrzejczyk shared, she is taking on a new look -- bad girl, biker Joanna.

The former MMA fighter turned into a biker girl as AI gave Jedrzejczyk a leather jacket and a pair of denim jeans. Her long black hair was teased and giving off a messy, "I don't care" look, fitting in perfectly to the "bad girl" vibes in the first slide.

One fan commented on the "bad girl" look, writing, "In the first one, no changes, if you comb your hair like a bad boy, that's how you look". As another fan commented, "I love it haha so cool ?".

In the second slide of the AI post that Joanna Jedrzejczyk shared. She was seen wearing a basketball jersey, holding a basketball, and smiling for the camera.

Fans continued to comment on the post, writing things such as "Hehehehe i love it❤️" and "SUCCESS ❤️BEAUTIFUL ?".

A third wrote, "JJ is like fine wine ?".

The fourth slide showed the former MMA fighter as a school nerd, complete with glasses and a stack of books. She wore a simple brown turtleneck as her long brown hair was perfectly blown out.

She smiled for the camera as if she were posing for her school yearbook photo.

One fan expressed, "I love this trend ?" as another wrote, "My high school sweetheart".

But the last slide is what had fans, and Jedrzejczyk, laughing the hardest. In the final AI photo, the former MMA fighter was seen with a bob cut, her hair poofy, with nerdy glasses and a blue and white striped polo shirt.

Fans immediately took to the comments section to share their thoughts on nerd Joanna. "I would invite the last one to a prom ?," one follower said.

"I love this ending ?," another wrote.

Former UFC women’s strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk has not fought since her loss to Weili Zhang in June of 2022, but she almost made a comeback in January — until she faced an unexpected injury.

“I was back to American Top Team in January, because I was looking for a comeback. But I had a really bad injury, since 2020, and it got bad, very bad,” Jedrzejczyk admitted. “So I had to go through the surgery. I have to do physio for the next five to nine month to get back in shape, to get back to any sport.”

Now that she is retired, many fans want to know what her future holds. “I don’t want to be a coach, but I see myself helping and training with them,” Jedrzejczyk said. “Because I will train forever and ever. I love this sport so much.”
