Hours after Paul and Danis went head-to-head at the press conference held at the AO Arena in Manchester, England, the media personality shut down rumors of missing the fight. The WWE wrestler wrote on Twitter, "Dillon can't escape me. The fight is very much happening, the stakes just got higher."

At the press conference, the pair got into it, resulting in the YouTube creator suffering an injury. In videos of the incident, the British MMA fighter was seen launching at the "Bizaardvark" actor, hitting him in the face with a microphone, while their teammates broke out in a scuffle, throwing bottles of energy drink at each other.

Paul was said to have suffered an injury to his eye in the process, according to the YouTube influencer's trainer, Milton Lacroix, who told USA Today, "Right now, we going through hell. He got hit in the face. His eye's cut. So right now, I'm just bugging out right now, just trying to find somebody."

According to Lacroix, the injury was bad and might affect the fight, saying, "There might not be a fight." However, Paul has debunked the report, and his fans are thrilled about the new development.

"Hope your eye is good brother! That's only motivation and strength for you to push harder through the storm they say don't bark up the wrong tree," wrote a pleased follower. Another encouraging comment read, "Dillon will be sleeping soon in the middle of the ring when you win by a knockout."

Danis has yet to publicly address the ruckus that broke out during the press conference, but fans can be confident the fight is still on.

The opponents, whose upcoming fight has garnered immense media attention, seem to have a feud outside the four walls of the rings. Per reports, Paul and Danis began beefing after the martial artist posted explicit pictures of Logan's fiancée, Nina Agdal, online.

Agdal has since sued Danis, accusing him of a "relentless, ongoing campaign of cyber harassment and bullying against her" that included "unlawfully posting nonconsensual, sexually explicit photographs of her on the internet without her consent."

KSI Roots For Paul To Defeat Danis

While the world awaits the headline-making match on Saturday, many powerful names in the industry have begun sharing their predictions.

Famous boxer KSI during an appearance on the "That Peter Crouch" podcast revealed that he believes Paul will "obliterate" Danis. Recall that Paul and KSI are good friends and business partners, and their energy drink, Prime Hydration Energy drink, was recently spotlighted for an FDA probe because of US Senator Chuck Schumer.

During the interview, KSI expressed his distaste for the MMA competitor saying, "He is just someone that gets under my skin and I wish I was the guy to obliterate him, but luckily we have got Logan (Paul) to do it."

He continued, "I just hope Dillon shows up. I think the good thing about this event is if Dillon doesn’t show up, we have a replacement ready whereas last time, we were scrambling about what we have to do."

The English boxer concluded, "Now, we have Mike Perry there and ready. I feel like Dillon doesn’t really want to pull out now because it’s going to be an L either way. If he pulls out, he owes money."

KSI and Danis were supposed to face Danis at "MF & DAZN: X Series 004." However, the latter pulled out, citing lack of preparation and coaching as his reason.
