Music Producer Detail Accused of Rape and Assault by Two Women

Music producer Detail — who has worked with the likes of Lil Wayne, Jay-Z, Beyoncé, and Nicki Minaj — has been accused of rape and assault by two women who claim they were subject to mental and physical abuse under the guise of making them into stars.
The two women — Peyton and Kristina (we have chosen to omit their last names) — filed for restraining orders against Detail on Tuesday. The requests were granted and he was ordered to stay away from the women until a hearing later this month.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Kristina claims she was subject to "daily manipulation" at the hands of Detail and claims he raped her during an incident in Miami earlier this year.
Kristina also claims that Detail forced her "to have vaginal/anal sex with him after recording songs on multiple occasions." She alleges that he would make her have sex with him in front of another woman, who would record it against her wishes.
In their separate filings, each woman also claims Detail would sometimes pull out his penis and make them "kiss it."
Both women claim Detail promised them a successful career and, as one of them put it, they "had to do exactly what he told me to do to make it in the music industry."
The women say Detail would control what they ate and when they slept and restricted their communication, even recording their conversations.
The most recent incidents occurred within the last week, when Kristina claims Detail attacked her and screamed in her face, grabbed her by her hair, and began banging her head against the ground.
In an incident the day before, Peyton claims Detail assaulted Kristina first and then her. She says he threw both of them around a hotel room and continued to assault them throughout the night (for about six hours, she claims).
As The Blast first reported, Detail was involved in a lawsuit with Drake after he sued the Toronto rapper and his bodyguard Chubbs over an alleged 2014 assault at the rapper’s L.A. mansion. The case was recently dismissed after Detail stopped responding to the lawsuit.
