Popular fitness trainer Whitney Johns is back on Instagram with another healthy recipe for her followers!

In addition to her workout videos and steamy snaps, the Fit With Whit trainer also shares lots of healthy recipes for her followers to enjoy to show her fans that eating healthy comes in many different forms!

In one of her latest Instagram recipe videos, Whitney Johns shared her secret recipe for healthy brownies that fans will want to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! In the video, she combines ¾ cup sugar substitute, ¾ cup 1:1 gluten-free baking flour, ¼ cup flavored collagen, 1/3 cup organic cacao, 1 tsp of baking soda, ½ cup coconut flour, and whisks it all together in one big bowl.

She then adds three eggs, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, 10 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk, 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, and whisks it all together until smooth. She then adds the wet ingredients to the dry ones and folds it together until combined.

She warns her followers not to overmix it, as the dough will be thick. She then sprays a glass Pyrex pan and bakes at 350 for 30 minutes. She did not share the dimensions of her pan, but it looks like an 8x8” or 9x9” pan. She then advises her followers to let them cool before digging in!

Fitness trainer Avital Cohen was one of the first to comment on her post, writing, “LOOKS DELICIOUS YUM,” adding, “Gonna try this like NOW” in a separate comment. “Fit with Whit Cookbook - calling it right now. I’d like a first edition signed copy for the prediction,” one fan commented. “I mean, that would be awesome!” Whitney replied but has so far not released any plans for a cookbook.

Fans Just Can't Get Enough Of Whitney Johns!

“Do you also have a dairy-free version?” another follower asked. “I mean you can use egg substitute but other than that it is dairy-free. Greek yogurt is super low in lactose like minimal at best. You should be fine,” Whitney replied. “I have a friend who got a parasite in Peru and can’t have even a little gluten or dairy anymore. They really can’t have sweets so I thought this may be a good alternative,” the follower replied but Whitney did not respond.
