Dr Pimple Popper — Giant Chest Cyst Gushes 'Chocolate Paste' After Being Sliced

Dr. Pimple Popper might have taken things to a whole new level as she took on a giant cyst that produced the most unbelievable substance that had fans gagging!

So much so that she nicknamed her patient "Larry the Cyst"!

It is a pasty day for the popaholics worldwide as seen in this either super satisfying or gross video shared by Dr. Sandra Lee. Fans see the famous internet doctor meet her patient, who introduces his problem as "Larry."

Soon enough, Dr. Lee gets to meet Larry — a golf ball-sized cyst lying pretty in the middle of the patient's chest. The patient describes the cyst as "close to my heart." However, as much as Dr. Lee tries to mentally prepare, she is shocked by what she sees.

She explains in a confession that rather than use her sharp tools to "probe" the cyst, she would have to use "curved blunt scissors" to slowly slice open the huge cyst.

While on the surgery table, Dr. Lee assures the patient that they won't feel any pain and proceeds to slowly slice, and the most shocking substance flows out.

A yucky, pasty greyish-dark substance gushes out, and as Dr. Lee proceeds to squeeze it, it gushes out like paste in two different directions. "It's like two fangs," Dr Pimple Popper comments.

A handful of the grey liquid gushes out, and then some more, and voila! The giant cyst we saw before is no more, and the patient's chest is now flattened. Fans of Dr. Pimple Popper weren't at all thrilled and shared their thoughts at the gnarly sight.

In another clip, Dr. Lee gets busy with a patient who has lesion-like-looking cysts scattered all over their body. She immediately gets to work, popping a pin into the cysts and releasing a "butter-like" substance.

What makes is even more interesting is that the body part has black marks that give the illusion of worms. "A steatocystoma kinda night ✌️," she captioned the clip while adding a cheese emoji.
