Kim Zolciak Offloads Designer Shoes From Her & Kroy Biermann's Closet After Missed Divorce Hearing

Kim Zolciak is finding brilliant ways to make money amid her divorce proceeding with Kroy Biermann!

The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star recently hosted a sale on her social media page, showing off a few designer footwear. The entertainer's decision to part with shoes from her and the former athlete's luxurious collection appears to be a step forward in their ongoing divorce battle.

The couple's drama-filled separation has kept fans on the edge of their seats, with Zolciak filing to dismiss the split and Biermann refusing to accept a reconciliation. The "Tardy for the Party" songstress was on thin ice with the judge for missing a hearing without permission.

In her latest Instagram Story update, the blonde beauty shared videos capturing shoes from her and Biermann's closet that are up for sale. The first clip showed a stunning pair of Dior X Hajime Sorayama's high-top B23 sneakers designed with cherry blossoms and a robotic Tyrannosaurus.

"These are Kroy's Dior shoes. These are so cute; they were worn one time. Excellent condition, perfect condition, I should say. So cute!" Zolciak raved as she picked up the shoes to show off their unique design. She added more information in the overlay text: "Men's Dior shoe size 13. $800."

The former American football outside linebacker's collection made a second appearance in the next post, featuring black and white Christian Louboutin sneakers. Like the Dior shoes, these high-tops were in excellent condition and cost $600.

Zolciak took a glamorous pair of Gucci lace-up boots in the final clip. The classy number consisted of gold and black details with a platform heel and mink pom poms at the end of the lace. Unlike her estranged beau's merchandise, the 45-year-old claimed her shoes were carton fresh.

"These are brand new, never worn. Adorable, these are mink balls on the end, so cute, so cute," she gushed in the video. "Gucci shoes erm obviously perfect condition. Adorable!" Given their untouched status, the size 39/US 9 footwear was going for $1250.

The final designer piece was a clear Balmain boot that she was selling for $900. While it was impossible to know if Zolciak received any offers for the former lovebirds' shoes, the online sale came days after the blonde beauty made a big mistake in her divorce case.

The presiding judge slammed the reality TV star for failing to appear at a September hearing. According to eyewitnesses, all parties, excluding the "Don't Be Tardy" star, participated in the Fulton County Superior Court hearing.

The media personality's lawyer, David Beaudry, explained that his client could not attend because she was expected to land in Atlanta at around 9 p.m. local time.

Zolciak was reportedly away filming episodes for MTV's reality series "The Surreal Life" in Colombia. However, her absence due to work did not sit right with Judge Williams. "Her presence was not waived for today, so she is supposed to be here. I did not waive her presence," the legal umpire stressed.

The judge was reportedly irritated by the situation and paused the proceedings. The arbitrator's displeasure did not dissipate upon resumption as Williams declared no more Zoom appearances would be allowed and insisted that all parties be physically present at all future hearings. 

As stated, the divorce drama featured a shocking request from Zolciak to end her separation from the Buck Buchanan Award winner. However, Biermann fired back at her reconciliation attempt, revealing his disinterest in upholding his vows to the reality TV star.

In his filing, the former athlete revealed his bedroom activities with Zolciak continued despite their divorce proceedings. However, this did not imply he was contemplating his decision to end things. 

"Petitioner has no desire to reconcile. The fact that he engaged in sexual relations with Respondent does not indicate a desire to reconcile," the court document revealed. "Petitioner, after this second filing, remains steadfast in his desire to divorce Respondent and leave the marital residence, even though the home is currently in pre-foreclosure."

Biermann described Zolciak's initial petition as a "legal game," claiming "the filing of motion is just another delay tactic in Respondent [Zolciak] 's playbook as indicated by her exclamation "I'm living here not going anywhere!"

Additionally, the Big Sky Defensive MVP honoree stated that he would continue pursuing the sale of the duo's residence. A snippet of the court document read: "The parties are in dire straits financially. The only asset they currently own with equity is the marital residence. The mortgage is held in the petitioner's name. However, it is set to be foreclosed in November."
