Jen Selter Gives Her Fans A Cheeky Display On Her Floating Bed

Model Jen Selter is still sharing pictures and videos from her trip to Greece!

The 30-year-old fitness trainer celebrated her milestone birthday in Greece and it appears she still has a lot more content from her vacation that fans have yet to see!

In another recent Instagram post, Jen shared a throwback video from Greece that featured her lying on her stomach in a tiny two-piece bathing suit. Her bed is suspended from the ceiling over a large pool of water that extends to the edge of the tunnel, where fans can get a glimpse of the beautiful landscape that Greece has to offer.

“You know the drill: ‘Don’t look back.’ Buttttt- the rearview isn’t just about what’s behind us, it’s about learning and leveling up,” she wrote in the caption of this Instagram post.

“Ever find yourself puzzled over why some plans didn’t work out? Same here. But I’m all about that ‘everything happens for a reason’ life. Being 30 now, I can honestly say I’m more mature, self-aware, and fulfilled than ever before,” she continued. “Trust, the glow-up is real!”

In another recent Instagram post, Jen showed off the beautiful green landscape around her while wearing a white sports bra and a matching white skirt. She topped off her look with white sneakers and tied her long dark hair back behind her into a loose ponytail.

“Real talk: Comfort zones are cozy, but they can also trap us. Sometimes we stick around in situations just because they’re familiar—even if they don’t actually make us happy deep down. But guess what? The magic happens when we take that leap, step out, and start fresh,” she wrote in the caption.

“So if you’re holding onto something or somewhere that’s just ‘meh’, take a step back and envision where you could be if you broke free. Don’t be afraid to hit that reset button - you never know how good your life can be until you try,” she advised. She also let her fans know her outfit was from Alo Yoga.

She uses a single green dumbbell for resistance as she performs exercises both lying down, seated, and standing up.

“You’re not always gonna be in the mood to work out—trust me, I get it! Whether you’re tired, lazy, or just not feelin’ it, the excuses can stack up. But next time you’re in that rut, remind yourself how amazing you feel post-workout,” she wrote in the caption.
