Weeks earlier, "The Godfather" star's lover Noor Alfallah sparked separation rumors after the Kuwaiti-American beauty filed for physical custody of the couple's son. Although the pair were ready to battle it out in court, sources claimed they were still an item without intimacy.

When the Hollywood icon debuted his relationship with Alfallah, many were shocked by the duo's over-a-decade age gap. However, being with an older man did not bother the younger actress as much as his weight.

A source recently spilled the tea about the Oscar winner's romance, stating that the 83-year-old's love life had dwindled with his increased weight. The insider noted that the pair still had a relationship. Unfortunately, it was no longer physical.

"Under their arrangement, Al will pay for his son's welfare while Noor remains in primary custody. They'll continue to hang out and enjoy these lavish dinners together while he treats her to the best of the best," the informant claimed, per Radar Online.

According to the insider, the "Scarface" star's status in Alfallah's life had gone from bedroom partner to a spiritual ally. "Intimacy is apparently off the menu, though, and has been for months," the source alleged. "He's more of a father figure, a provider, and companion to her now."

Pacino's problems did not end with his lack of intimacy with the Kuwaiti-American beauty. Unfortunately, the Broadway alum's pals were concerned about his physical and mental health, given the Triple Crown of Acting honoree's history with depression.

With his increased mass, the informant stressed that things were getting difficult for the "...And Justice for All" actor. The movie icon allegedly weighed 215 pounds, which medical professionals labeled "dangerously obese." Addressing Pacino's condition, the source said: "His friends are all so worried. He's an extremely vulnerable guy."

Days before news of Pacino's lack of bedroom activities broke, "The Devil's Advocate" star made waves for soliciting the help of a famous lawyer in his custody case. The father of four hired the attorney Adam Philip Lipsic to fight against Alfallah's physical custody request.

According to the legal practitioner's bio, Leipsic devoted himself "exclusively to family law, including a wide range of domestic matters such as divorce, dissolutions of same-sex domestic partnerships, custody, premarital and postnuptial agreements, and parentage."

Additionally, Pacino was not the lawyer's first celebrity client, as the Certified Family Law Specialist had represented numerous VIP members. The list included "famous entertainers and athletes to corporate and entertainment executives."

Leipsic entered the drama between the Hollywood icon and Alfallah after the TV personality's girlfriend demanded full physical custody of their son, Roman Alfallah Pacino. In her filing, the Kuwaiti-American native agreed to give her beau joint legal control and "reasonable visits."

The mother of one also requested for her attorney fees and additional costs associated with the custody case to be paid by Pacino. It was unclear if the 29-year-old's legal battle was a ploy to start earning child support from the Primetime Emmy Award winner.

Earlier this year, the released birth certificate for Pacino's fourth son revealed Alfallah's OB-GYN as Thais Aliabadi from Beverly Hills. The name might ring a bell for "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" fans as the medical practitioner appeared on the reality TV show to meet Khloé Kardashian.

The couple welcomed their son on June 6, 2023, at Cedar's Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles at 1:41 a.m. Roman's birth came a year after his father's rep shocked the world with the announcement of the boy's conception last May.

The arrival of the "Ocean's Thirteen" actor's fourth child was a big deal given the entertainer's grown-up children. The 83-year-old has a 33-year-old daughter, Julie, with ex-girlfriend and acting coach Jan Tarrant.
