Jacky Oh‘s cause of death has been revealed, months after the tragically died following a cosmetic surgery.
The beauty mogul and partner of DC Young Fly was said to have died from cosmetic surgery complications, as seen in her autopsy reports.
After her death, the comedian took to Instagram to share an emotional post to mourn his loss and honor her. The duo shares three kids: Nova, Nala, and Prince Nehemiah.
Jacky Oh Died From Cosmetic Surgery Complications
According to a new report, complications from cosmetic surgery have been determined to be the cause of death of DC Young Fly’s partner, Jacky Oh.
The autopsy report states that Jacky had “swelling in her brain and extensive bleeding of the skin around her torso.”
In May, Jacky had flown to Miami for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery, which was successfully performed on May 30. Initially, the procedure seemed to go smoothly, and the beauty mogul was discharged with a prescription for medications, including Ciprofloxacin, Oxycodone, and Ondansetron, which are typically prescribed post-surgery.
However, her condition took a turn for the worse when she developed a severe headache, prompting her to schedule a post-operative appointment.
The situation escalated the following day when she began experiencing a burning sensation in her head and had difficulty speaking. When the ambulance arrived at her location, she had already become unresponsive and was later pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.

Days after her death, DC Young Fly took to Instagram to mourn his loss, sharing a monochrome picture he took with his partner while she was pregnant.
He captioned it, “I wanted it to be a dream so bad but every hour I’m reminded of reality so I wanna make sure I applaud you in the proper manner. You are the GREATEST MOTHER I KNOW your soul was beautiful Yu always wanted the best for others and I admired how our family love each other!!!”
He added, “U wit me forever / The QUEEN of my children will always have a spot in my heart and the paradise (Yu gon get me for Dat but it’s true) LOVE YOU FOREVER jus know we going harder than ever and GOD is in control and he got us covered.”
Jacky Oh Often Posted About Her Family
Over the years, Jacky had provided glimpses into her life with DC on Instagram. On this year’s Mother’s Day, she even opened up about her love for motherhood despite the responsibilities that come with the status.
“I do a lot, but being a mommy is my favorite,” she said at the time in an Instagram post. “God chose me 3X. I promise i never take it for granted. Im so damn blessed man!”
In addition to the post, Jacky shared cute shots of her daughters and her son in a stroller. She also shared some other photographs with her mother.
