Valentina’s mother, Elen Shevchenko, is a former multiple-time Muay Thai Champion herself and is the President of Kyrgyzstan’s National Muay Thai Association. So, she understands the mental and physical toughness that goes into being a fighter. The mother-daughter duo enjoyed some amazing dishes, laughs, and much-needed relaxation. Chef Pat gave the two a kitchen tour and showed Valentina how they cook their infamous steaks. For the next match against Grasso.
