Madonna's attempt at reminding her fans of her best tour experience to date is raising serious eyebrows!
The icon took her fans down memory lane on her Instagram as she dropped slides of all her tours over the years and excluded a major detail. The mom of six who recently bounced back from a major health scare may just have some explaining to do following this act.
Madonna Fans Seek Justice For The Drowned World Tour!
The 65-year-old dropped a teaser about the upcoming The Celebration Tour for her over 19 million followers on Instagram in grand style. The post included all her major tours from 1985 till date, with her fifth concert tour, The Drowned World Tour, missing from the list.
The 2001 tour spanned over four months in support of her seventh and eighth studio albums "Ray of Light and "Music" released in 1998 and 2001, respectively. Widely described as one of Madonna's best tours, it began on June 9, 2001, in Spain and ended in Los Angeles on September 15, 2001.
The power-packed tour was important to the fans as it marked the end of her eight-year touring hiatus. Although the post was put up to wet the anticipation of her rescheduled music tour, however, her comment section tells a different story as fans trouped there to raise concerns.
One fan commented, "DROWNED WORLD 🔸🔵🪐," while another person could not hide the nostalgia as they wrote, "But DROWNED WORLD TOUR gave us the Madonna squats!!!."

A third fan demanded "Justice" for the omitted tour, and rightfully so, while a fourth fan queried, "No love for Drowned World Tour?" However, the fifth commenter felt the omission wasn't intentional as they wrote:
"Drowned World probably only left out as can only fit ten pics to a post x 💜💁🏻♀️"
Madonna, who got out of hospitalization in June, was reported by The Blast to have resumed rehearsals at the Nassau Coliseum in New York for The Celebration Tour. The "Popular" singer also acquired more UK venues for dress rehearsals before the big opening night slated for October 14 in London.
According to a source close to the "Hung Up star, she has also reserved another venue in London for the final dress rehearsal, in their words, "Normally she would like to have the final week in the same venue she kicks off in, but due to Blink 182's comeback gigs at the O2 her team won't be able to get access until the day before."
This new development means that she'll have less than 48 hours to round things up before welcoming the fans into London's 02 Arena. The pop icon previously moved the "The Celebration Tour" date by three months while changing venues from Vancouver to London.
Madonna also took the time to appreciate her support system and the fans following her exit from the hospital. She considers herself lucky to be alive and said:
"I saw a side to them I had never seen before. It made all the difference. So did the love and support from my friend…Thank you to all my angels who protected me and let me Stay to finish doing my work!"
The 'Vogue' Singer Gives Pepsi A Shout Out
As Madonna prepares to go on tour, Pepsi finally airs a banned commercial starring the award-winning singer. The ad was axed over 30 years ago due to an outburst from the Christian community, including the Vatican, over the message it portrayed.
Pepsi got permission to use Madonna's hit song "Like A Prayer" for a TV commercial after paying $5 million to the singer Per The Blast. The philanthropist then dropped a controversial music video for the song a day after Pepsi released their commercial. The advertisement was quickly removed following the outrage about the music video.
However, the commercial has made a comeback to mark Pepsi's 125th anniversary, and it was shown at the MTV VMAs on Tuesday Night. Madonna, whose career has spanned over 40 years in the industry, took to Instagram to address the move. She shared a clip from the ad and captioned it:
"34 years ago I made a commercial with Pepsi to celebrate the release of my song Like a Prayer. The commercial was immediately canceled when I refused to change any scenes in the video where I was kissing a black saint or burning crosses."
The seven-time Grammy winner expressed her gratitude to Pepsi for "realizing the genius of our collaboration" and stated that "Artists are here to disturb the peace."
