Model Paulina Porizkova Shares Beauty Secrets In Glam ‘Get Ready With Me’

Model Paulina Porizkova is opening up on her beauty secrets.

The 58-year-old model took to Instagram to share a video with a list of what beauty products she uses. Although she uses a lot of products, she revealed that it takes her only five minutes to do!

In one of her latest Instagram posts, the “Anna” actress gave fans a list of the beauty products that she used in the caption of a lengthy “Get Ready With Me” video that featured her putting on her makeup. She said that her routine would “normally take me about 5 minutes if I’m not busy holding up bottles and brushes and expounding on their beauty value.”

She gave her fans a list of about a dozen products that she uses, including foundation, concealer, powder, mascara, eyebrow gel, lip gloss, and refreshing spray. “All this so I look like I’m not wearing any makeup,” she joked, reminding her followers that her post isn’t sponsored and she is not receiving any money from promoting any of the products she uses.

Although some fans loved her routine, other followers had a few suggestions to make. “Paulina, this is great, and you look beautiful, but I can help you with the forehead wrinkles with face yoga if you are interested. I teach face yoga,” one fan commented. “I don’t mind my wrinkles,” Paulina replied.

“You ABSOLUTELY need to put SPF underneath because you'd have to put the entire bottle on to get to 40. Just so you know,” another follower wrote. “This is based on what evidence? Just curious. Because it’s working great for me just as is,” Paulina replied.

After fangirling for a moment that Paulina responded to her, the fan went on to say, “I have my information from various French specialists that insist that the recommendation for SPF 50 (every day all year long) is about 2 phalanges, 2 fingers. From the top of the forehead to the chest. The quantities to obtain the right dosage are too important to obtain with a foundation.” Paulina did not reply after that!

Still, there were a lot of comments about the use of SPF in her post. “There is a problem with using products with an SPF. You do not put enough on to protect your face properly. it really is better for your skin to use a separate sunscreen,” another follower commented. “I do if I’m going to be out a lot,” Paulina responded.

“I love watching people apply makeup, there’s something so relaxing about it and also just plain fun! Curious what eyeliner you use bc whenever I use it on my waterline it transfers to my lower lid,” another follower chimed in. “Currently I use Thrive Waterproof,” Paulina replied.

“I’m a former makeup artist and no makeup makeup looks are much harder to achieve. It’s much simpler for full glam!” another fan exclaimed, to which Paulina replied “True” along with a laughing-face emoji.

“I've done some reading about the serums that are marketed to women of our age. Did you know that long-term use can increase the chances of cancer? I'm referring to the age-rated serums. I was shocked, to be honest,” another fan wrote. “No, I didn’t. But it’s good to check,” Paulina replied.

“This is so interesting because I sold you some eye cream at Macy Herald Square in the 80’s! I worked at one of the makeup counters when I was in school at FIT. I’ll never forget how nice and down-to-earth you were. Love your posts and book!” another follower exclaimed, to which Paulina responded with a prayer hands emoji.
