Bindi Irwin's latest Instagram post of her later father Steve Irwin is sure to make hearts melt.
The wildlife enthusiast took a trip down memory lane by sharing a nostalgic video that sent ripples of emotion through fans. The delightful clip showed the iconic late Steve Irwin in his element, stirring up a blend of fond memories and profound respect for the dearly missed wildlife champion.
Fans Recall Fond Memories Of Late Steve Irwin
To celebrate "World Rhino Day," the zookeeper shared a clip that started with her beloved late father doing what he did best β watching and talking about animals with respectful awe.
As he explained the misunderstood actions of the Rhinos, Steve kept a safe distance away from the animals in question, who could be seen resting under a tree. After his brief and impactful education, the video showed a few of them running around in the present while sharing some facts across the screen.
Although the caption, "Celebrating #WorldRhinoDay. Take a moment to admire and appreciate this icon species. π¦," did not include any mention of the late star, it did not stop fans from fawning over him.
Calling the late Steve their childhood "hero," this follower expressed their love for him, writing, "I loved him so much. I still do. He is so iconic. Nobody will ever compare to this man, other than your family of course π€π»β¨β€οΈπ«Άπ»."

This user echoed the sentiment, adding, "Missed seeing him. Thank you for sharing with us," while a third noted, "I miss your fabulous father. Celebrate rhinos πππ."
A fourth mentioned that they "Love hearing" Bindi's father while pointing out that they "Always learn so much. π." A fifth stated that they "love these clips of Steve," and also talked about his voice, which they described as "strong yet calming."
At the same time, an enthusiastic fan rhetorically asked, "How do you not love Steve Irwin?! β€οΈπ¦β€οΈ," while another wrote, "One of my favourite moments."
Recognized as the top animal conservationist in Australia with many documentaries before his death, it is unsurprising that his daughter has many clips of him to choose from. This is why, when the "DWTS" alum wanted to mark "World Elephant Day," she did so with a touching video featuring the late "Croc Files" host.
In the video, Bindi and her brother Robert shared warm sentiments about the "Sumatran elephants" in their zoo. Robert highlighted how these creatures led fulfilling lives in their habitat, indulging in activities they adored, "like tearing down trees, roaming wide open, paddocks, and enjoying their favorite treats."
After revealing the amount of food they ate daily, the 25-year-old said, "Sumatran elephants are a critically endangered species with estimated numbers of just over 2000 individuals left in their natural habitat."
She noted that they were doing all they could to "spread awareness for this iconic species" before the clip took a nostalgic turn, revisiting the arrival of the elephants at the zoo, featuring the late TV personality and her young self.
In the clip, the "Crocodile Hunter" remarked, "Biggest and best arrival of any animal we've ever had at Australia Zoo," as Bindi excitedly exclaimed, "I love my elephants."
In the caption accompanying the video, the mother-of-one wrote, "Wishing you the very best #WorldElephantDay. This icon animal needs our respect and protection. Please remember to say 'NO' to wildlife products π."
Bindi Irwin Commemorates Parents' 31st Wedding Anniversary
The TV presenter's parents' love must have significantly inspired her even though the late naturalist has been gone for over a decade.
This is probably why she felt the need to share an unseen vintage snapshot featuring her mother, Terri, and late father in honor of what would have been their 31st wedding anniversary.
Fans will recall that the former couple exchanged vows in June 1992 and remained married until Steve's tragic passing in September 2006.
In the uploaded picture, the lovebirds could be seen posing by the beach. The late "Crocs Down Under" star wrapped an arm around his wife, leaning casually on the open door of his iconic white Land Cruiser.
Crossing one leg over the other, Terri's hair could be seen blowing in the wind. Alongside the photo, Bindi expressed her sentiments: "A love like this is eternal. Happy Anniversary to my extraordinary parents. β€οΈ."
