Anna Nicole Smith's Ex Arrested for Public Intoxication

Anna Nicole Smith's infamous ex-boyfriend — the one that wasn't Larry Birkhead ... or Howard K. Stern — is back in trouble with the law again.

According to our sources, Mark "Hollywood" Hatten — who dated Smith in the early 2000s — was recently partying at a gentlemen's club in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

We're told Hatten fell asleep behind the wheel and when officers came along and knocked on the window, they arrested him for public intoxication.

Hatten claims there was a struggle and he was injured during the confrontation.

Previously, Hatten served six years behind bars for allegedly threatening Anna Nicole. He was perhaps best known for the various tattoos of Anna Nicole he had on his body (you can see her name on his neck in the mug shot above and her body on his back in the photo below).
